Guys after PE for some time my glans was previously smooth and now appears to look like the photo below. Is there any treatment to restore the appearance?

It looks terrible and women seem to get grossed out by it.

What are you doing routine wise? Maybe that contributes to your condition. I always rub some shea butter lotion on my dick after PE. Keeps things smooth and supple.

I was jelqing previously and got into light vacuum hanging. I have tried shea butter and other thick lotions for months but nothing has helped.

It looks like your dick got some nice expansion, and is kinda wrinkly as a result. It happens to me. Is this permanent?

That is not a photo of my penis but it looks very similar to that after doing PE (it was previously smooth). It is permanent as it has
looked like that for the past 3 years, I have stopped PE as result as the wrinkles get deeper and the appearance worsens.

It is normal for guy’s glans to get bumpy when they get really hard, especially when getting close to orgasm.

If you think it is something else, then have your doc refer you to a urologist or just go see one.

I went to a urologist and he prescriped a corticol steroid which just irriated and caused my glans to peel. I was hoping someone else on
this board had experienced this and had a remedy, as I have quit PE because of it.

Dude this happens due the poor vascularity you are holding the glans really tight cutting the blood, that causes this type of shrink, almost sure of that, when this happens

To me I stop what I’m doing and get a hard on watching porn so it goes back to natural.

This just means that the skin of your glans has expanded from PE and it looks like that in flaccid because skin is not tight anymore. Peeling is probably going to fix it because the skin gets “tighter”.

Did you talk to the uro about the peeling, or did you just decide to stop on your own?

You need to follow up with the uro, the peeling may be part of the healing process. Or if it isn’t and it is a reaction to the med, the doc will find you another treatment.
