I’m thinking of going again to the hospital, I was trying to fix It by my own with some supplements and stopping PE forever but I don’t know, this doesn’t changes

So what brought me here was that a saw a smidge of worsening after I decided to go back to my 20min and I just forgot you guys existed so here I am.

Did I meet my goals, actually yes I’m 7.2/7.3 inches compared to my 6.5. I’ll post my pics from left to right last 1 one is me erect if it matters. I used bathmate before but to no avail

What symptoms do you have? The busted capillaries, no pain, no discomfort penis works as it should

What makes the symptoms better? I’m really not sure, it could be that my glands were getting used to the pull of the Vac extender
What makes the symptoms worse? When I increase in rods for my extender. New injured capillaries pop up but in the same areas when it first started

How do you think your condition/symptoms occurred? The busted capillaries creeped over time from my frenulum to going around my penis.
I just looked in the front of my glands and then noticed a dark spot one day and turned to see the under-side. I then saw the damage. It had occurred before but I just took a break and it went away
I can’t remember why I was so caught off guard the second time.

Do you tape your glans while using the vac cap?

To totally heal the broken capillaries in your glans you will need to take time off from PE. After the time off, when you re start your PE start with a much less intense program and pay close attention to the affected area of your glans to see if you have any weaek capillaries starting to burst.

In my experience it can take a long time for broken capillaries to heal. I have one area on my shaft that still has weak capillaries. If I take time off from my pumping program I need to restart with less time and less vac pressure or I will burst it again. If I am careful I dont have a problem.

How many times have you come here and told us of your problems and we advise you to stop PE activity?

In 2020 you were advised to stop PE activity.

In 2021 you were advised to stop PE activity.

Now it is 2022 and again the advice is to stop all PE activity.

I stopped all PE activity a year ago and I have the same problems as I said

Your doctors told you that you have weak pelvic muscles.

Did you have any physical therapy for that area or those muscles?

Do you do any pelvic floor exercises like kegel and reverse kegel? If you don’t know what they are you can google them.

I have been using the QEP and have increased in a large sum of foreskin. Is this normal? Its very demotivating. Is there any way to undo this? Thank you.

Overdoing the PE, and the tadalafil I started taking was “research chemical” liquid via dropper. Possible inconsistency in dosing. Also, Phallosan was pretty much always in the red, I could barely feel it in any other color.

Erections so bad, had maybe 50 in a single day. Took me 2 hours to get into the gym, get changed, get to a machine, and try to get the blood into my legs. Even then, the feeling of my shorts rubbing against my penis gave me uncontrollable erections. Got stuck on machine while thought about how to get out of there without a raging hard on. Stopped PE for about a month and just started back today. Figured I should post here to help document any reoccurring symptoms.

Shout out to GF who put it into submission. Hurt for like a week after.

I wish! It became quite painful.

Good morning, two weeks ago I had a very hard morning wood, I was in pain and the veins were green. After that I never had morning wood(I had all my life morning wood). The first week my penis was always flaccid and I took a half pill of viagra to have intercourse with my wife but dick was only 80-90% hard. This week I had intercourse with my wife without viagra but dick was hard only I think 80%. The veins are small now( I had muscular veins on it)if I put the ring on in 5 minutes the veins are green, the veins are a bit muscular with ring on but not like before. The first week I watched porn and my dick was flaccid. Now I can kegel only in the morning after that is always flaccid and can t pump blood anymore in the shaft. In the past I never had problem like that, I only have problem with ED(because I have problem with prostate) and I solved that with the 8th part of a pill once week. I don t know what to do. I think I’ve injured myself pumping?

So I’ve been pumping for a bit but started to intensify my regime, however, my glans are now soft even though my shaft is fully erect.

What’s the cause of this? What do I do?

Always had a fully engorged head but now it’s soft. It’s not cold or discoloured, just soft.

Any help would be great.

Problems with erection after manual stretches

2 years ago I was doing a hand-stretching exercise program (I managed to lengthen my penis by 1.5 cm) but I started having problems with erection. I don’t know what caused the enlargement, I assume due to ICM and BSM stretching and possibly ligaments, but not tunics.

I did all sorts of manual stretches down, up, sideways, horizontal, circular both ways, BTS, A-pulls, hook stretches, dynamic stretches up, dynamic stretches down, rope stretches (this is when the penis twists 1.5-1.5 cm.) 2 turns and pulls to the side)

And then I had the following symptoms after 3 months of training, which has lasted for 2 years.

- The main problem that occurred was that the shaft of the penis began to deviate to the right and slightly downward with slight rotation.
- Lack of morning erection.
- Inability to achieve a penile erection without using hands or erotic images
- Penis starts to get into an erection and stops halfway through and starts to deflate
- Soft penis head in a state of erection
- There are bumps/lumps near the base (especially on the right side)
- Fast ejection of semen, it rolls down very quickly and it is not possible to hold it, you have to stop completely and stop intercourse.

I have been to many doctors and there is no help from them.

I believe the erection problem has become due to the deviation of the penis to the side.
Does anyone know how to fix this and get an erection back?

Discoloration from Hanging

I’ve been hanging off & on now for a few years and find it the most effective of all I’ve done in the past. I use the Male Hanger which works pretty well.
Recently, I’ve gotten back into hanging regularly (most days) and have made progress with adding weight.
I’ve surpassed my initial goal of 8lbs and onward. Problem I’m having is more undesired darkening when approaching 10 lbs.
I’m getting a lot of extra darkening just beneath the glans. I have already some darkening overall from prior PE, but this is showing up as a dark patch.
As a result, I’ve since dropped the weight back to 8.25 lbs but am unsure where to go from here.
Should I stop for a while and restart at a later date?
What sucks it that things seemed to really be happening with the 10 lbs where I really felt things stretching out in a way I’d not felt before.
I’d like to get back to using that weight again and maximize my potential, but not if it means being white with a black penis. That just doesn’t look appealing or correct.

Any thoughts offered are appreciated.

Some amount of darkening is common as intensity goes up. However, it can be dealt with. Search on "Firegoat rolls" and "chemical peel."

Downside: the darkening will come back when you resume. So you either have to do PE at a reduced intensity, or wait and deal with the darkening when you’ve reached your goal.
