Unknown injury STORY TIME

Back in January I used an extender, I read some information on how to use one by other experienced users on this forum and what I did was basically to stretch my flaccid out to about erect lenght then put the extender on. I had it on for maybe an hour or more but took it off because my glans started feeling cold and I didn’t like that.

After this I had a hard time getting erect and when I did my glans would not fill up properly but stay soft, sometimes the entire penis just felt more loose when erect. Morning wood was also worse off. My penis turtled up and felt slightly hard. One or two days after I used the extender I started feeling like a warm pain/ache in the left underside of my penis pretty far down like by the root and down behind my testicles on the left side.

With time this got better, Glans started filling up and erections got harder, morning wood got better. I went to a doctor who said to take 3 weeks off any sexual activity which I tried to do but fucked up like 3 times and had sex with my girlfriend. I went to another doctor for a follow up after the three weeks, after checking my junk out they said that they can’t see anything wrong and they told me to just live my life and have sex like normal and so I did.

It was fine at first but the more I masturbated and had sex the worse my dick got. I told my girlfriend that the pain was back and my EQ was being affected so we started slowing down and I stopped masturbating and after a little while my dick got better again, better erections and more blood in glans again.

I kept going to doctors for checkups though because like when I pull my penis towards the right side I can feel like this odd stretching feeling on the left, like around the same spot as where the pain is. Every time I went to a doctor though I’m hit with the same answer “nothing seems to be wrong, you don’t have to stop having sex” and I listen to them thinking fuck maybe its all in my head but when I start masturbating and having sex again my EQ starts getting worse and pain comes back.

When I am erect I can feel the pain more if I kegel hard, when I kegel during an erection I can feel something weird on the left underside just by the root pretty much.

So I’ve gone through these damn ups and downs now since then and I feel like the logical conclusion is to just not listen to what the doctors are saying and just leave sexual activity until it improves but I am just worried sometimes that I damaged it permanently. Maybe that is stupid of me considering I have been fully erect several times since the injury but what do I know.

Then bam in march after sex my GF pressed her knee on accident into the root on my penis when getting off of me. I felt some pain and I felt some liquid warm feeling go up my penis/urethra but Nothing came out, the next day I couldn’t see any blood in my urine and it didn’t hurt to pee. Pain came back on the left side and a little worse this time. Morning wood was present but dick was pretty soft at the same time. Erections were less rigid and glans didn’t fill up properly again. This time the pain wasn’t only located to the left underside of the penis but it sort of traveled from there down towards my left sit bone. After some time my morning wood started getting harder and my erections got better. Went to two doctors again after that and told them about what happened and about the feeling of something going up my urethra but he did not seem concerned and again ” just keep having sex like normal”.

Right now after seeing a surgeon a few days ago who squeezed the living shit out of my dick looking for any lumps or scar tissue I’m a little sore just below the glans on the underside of my penis down towards the root. It kinda hurts to press it. Haven’t had sex or masturbated for like 5 days now but I am planning on staying away from that for at least 3 weeks.

Am I making the right call?? I feel fucking confused as shit and lonely as hell.

Resting the penis is always a good first option when trying to understand what is happening to it.

When your gf accidentally kneed you, did you have a bruise anywhere? The feeling of liquid moving in your penis is to me an interesting phenomenon. I wonder if it was just a nerve response from being hit.

How often do you kegel, and how many reps do you do? Do you perform reverse kegels to balance out the pelvic muscles?

Initial: 7” BPEL; 6” NBPEL; 5.25” - 5.5” MEG

Current: 7-7/8” BPEL; 7-3/8” NBPEL; 8.5” BPFSL; 6.5” MEG; 6”x5” Flaccid.

Goal: Improved/consistent EQ while managing ED. Secondary: maintain current stats.

People on this forum keep saying to rest and not do anything with the penis and doctors keep saying to just keep on going but I do feel like the resting part makes way more sense. When I rest EQ goes up, when I start having a lot of sex EQ goes down and pain comes back.

I tried to check as much as possible but I couldn’t really see any bruise no. That liquid feeling scared me because I was fully expecting blood to come shooting out from my urethra but nothing came out. I really tried to see if I had any blood in my pee the day after but It didn’t look like there was any.

I don’t really kegel at all, no reverse kegels either. I believe if I am not crazy I do think that the pain gets worse if I kegel a lot so I stopped doing it.

Sorry to double post here but I just wanted to clarify the knee part, it wasn’t really a hit but more of a slow push as she used my penis and testicles as a launch pad to get her self up

I was like semi erect at the time

Doctors say keep going but they also told you nothing was wrong. You say there is something wrong so the first thing to do is rest. If you said there was nothing wrong then we would also say keep at it.

If kegels cause pain then to me it is an indication that you have strained a pelvic muscle. Rest then light exercises to stretch is an option. What do reverse kegels feel like?

Right of course I don’t mean to sound patronising I’m just tired of the ups and downs and the absolute mental roller coaster it’s been.

A muscle strain would make sense, the pelvic floor muscles are responsible for erectile rigidness right and keeping blood in the penis/glans? That could also explain why for like the first 2 weeks when I ejaculated it like poured out instead of shot out like normal..

Also I’m guessing a strain like that works sort of like any other muscle strain? Like if I strained a muscle or ligament in my leg, any sort of excessive movement would aggregate and cause more pain.

I guess it could explain these weird ups and downs I keep having.

Didn’t think about that one being a possibility, thanks for that.

I don’t think they feel like anything really, possibly some pain in the pubic area just to the left on the penis but I’m not too sure if it’s because of that or just because I’m already sore, not the same kind of pain as I’m used to though.

Like when I kegeled several times in a row I felt like a spike of pain down on the left underside where the penis goes into the body. And I don’t feel anything like that when I don’t kegel, if I don’t Its just a dull ache. Like almost my entire left lower side of my body feels more stiff and tense, including the left side of my penile shaft, it’s more like tensed up than the right side.

What you are saying makes sense.

Hi guys. I got back into PE in early May this year and have been focusing on manual girth work in the form of ssj’s and erect bends using just my hands and supplementing the sessions with Cialis during the work week.

I started noticing some slight pain in last few weeks in the upper shaft over a few sessions and eventually when I looked further I found that a small nodule had appeared and was only really detectable when I was mostly flaccid. It isn’t visible in any way, it’s not raised enough to be seen when flaccid and seems to disappear when erect. There is no bruising whatsoever. Basically the more flaccid I am the easier it is to find and feel it. It feels like a small hard lentil sized nodule that is attached to the tunica and may have a slightly less hard ‘body’ that extends into the corpus cavernosum. It was painful to press on and felt inflamed in the beginning but now after a week of rest it is smaller and it’s no longer painful at all. Thing is it’s still there!

I suspect that it is a minor case of sclerosing lymphangitis, basically an inflamed lymph vessel condition. If it is, it should clear up in a few weeks. So far it’s about about a week since I stopped all girth work, but I have been doing manual stretches more recently.

Any ideas? I’ll keep you all posted on how it goes. Hopefully it continues to shrink.

It is good that you went to see your health, hernia surgery is simple and will be excellent for you.

2 years ago I had symptons if hernia in my testicles and pubic area, went to doctor, it was lymphatic system irritated; that was interesting because some time after that I would start pumping and then I had some symptons again of mine lymphatic system being irritated because pumping forces them to work and through long routines overload it.

Rotated Penis? Unbalanced Ligaments? Lack of Gains through Manual Routine?

I am 22 years old, started PE with vacuum hanging for about 4 months ago.

Today, after hanging, I noticed that the tip of my penis is bruised, It was red and looks like a rash, right around the urinal opening, and is sensitive to touch.

This happened after the exercise.

What is the cause of this and how long will it take to go away?

I can post picture if that is needed.

Please help I’m a bit scared.

Hey , 31 Male , PE since 5 years on and off did some months of newbie recently then went ahead and bought a pump recently.. Went and bought an electric one which was expensive but ended up being shitty quality nevertheless (it ended up pumping harder than the level I set it on). I pumped a couple of times (Never longer than 10 minutes) ended up seeing some growth and was satisfied.. Then some weeks ago I could see on the left side of my penis a round spot 2cm long and wide that was particularly red and swollen, which also was slightly painful.. I stopped pumping for some 3 weeks now and when flaccid I can see a slightly reddish discoloring but nothing major , but now the spot keeps reoccurring even when I masturbate (especially when edging longer than 20 minutes) .. Today during edging (after 20 minutes) the 2cm spot was quite painful , slightly red and swollen again.. What could this be and what can I do?

Hello, I have started hanging at 2 lbs, jelqing, and ADS for about a month. A couple of days ago I woke up to having a bump under my skin near the base of the penis. This bump doesn’t hurt when I touch it but feels irritated when I hang. I don’t know where this came from. Should I stop hanging until it goes away. Thanks!

Stopping hanging would be an excellent idea.

Does ADS Make You More Susceptible While Pumping?

I’m 30, good shape, eating healthy, no big changes in my life. With a bathmate, I could go to max pressure and stay there for 40 minutes and I wouldn’t get any injuries.

But 2-3 weeks ago, I started doing ADS 6 hours per day in low tension. I did some pumping and I had red spots (some 1mm wide, some 3-5mm) appear right under my skin. I stopped pumping for 10 days, and today I took it really slowly, like 1/3 the pressure I was doing before, and taking 4-5 minutes to get there. I also let in pressure every 5 minutes and did kegels to let fresh blood in. No pain, no feeling of tension. But after a 20minute light session, the part under my shaft was FULL of red spots, and the in the big red spot I had before, I had a new red spot as well.

I’m assuming these are burst capillaries. What I’m wondering is: does a stretching regimen make you more sensitive to pumping? Should I take a break longer than 10 days? Perhaps a month? Can I stretch but not pump during this break?

Would love to hear your thoughts. Thanks everyone.
