It is very unlikely that jelqing would cause a hernia. In my opinion, it just can’t happen.

Did they recommend physical therapy for the pelvic muscles?

Perfectly normal. Most people only have morning wood if they wake up during a certain part of their sleep cycle.

Pain in Kindey and Balls

I started beginner routine, 5min warming 10min jelqing 5min stretching 5min warming, after a few times of this routine I felt pain in balls and in kidney. After 4-5 days of rest I don’t feel any pain. Has anyone encountered with this problem, now I don’t know how to perform this beginner routine?

Pain is a negative PI, there shouldn’t be any. Try reviewing some of the videos here and find out what’s differing in your routine.

I have no understanding of how jelqing and stretching could cause pain in the kidney area. Where you sitting in an uncomfortable position? Did you start any other activities at the same time you started PE, for example, lifting weights or a new exercise regime?

Thank you for your answer, while I am doing these exercises I am sitting on a chair, should I be standing?

Sitting should be ok. Discomfort at the balls is not that uncommon from stretching and jelqing. Discomfort is ok, pain is not. Have you tried these exercises using less intensity? Or reduce the number per session, then gradually increasing as you buildup your conditioning. The kidney pain is disconcerting to hear. I am unaware of a anyone else having a similar result and I do not know how stretching and jelqing could cause it.

I will try with a lower intensity, thank you for the advice.

Capillaries stains

About a year ago in August I was told take a break and let my injuries heal, I waited 3 weeks and it still looked the same I figured I’m screwed.. Welp lets hit that goal.
It was a routine of 2 days on 1 day off starting off with 20 minutes and over time increasing the time before I increased weight. I had done so previously, in April of that year, with no problem.

I was about to make an increase in weight and that’s when it started after the 3 week period of rest I started up again. Nothing different no pain, itching, discomfort nothing before or after.
I followed the rules of, if it felt to tight loosen the tension, any pain at all stop, tingling stop. I think I changed the routine early this year when I hit 1 hour no breaks,
Then instead of going back to 20min for the new weight I kept the weight but the time was for 60 min.

I assumed that my glands have gotten used to that pressure so it shouldn’t be a big deal. Anything beyond that I need to take a break the bruising can get worse. So what brought me here was that a saw a smidge of worsening after I decided to go back to my 20min and I just forgot you guys existed so here I am.

Did I meet my goals, actually yes I’m 7.2/7.3 inches compared to my 6.5. I’ll post my pics from left to right last 1 one is me erect if it matters. I used bathmate before but to no avail

General health? Very sedentary, can’t really run to far, eat nutritional amount of food snacks,
I wouldn’t even say I have macros even then I would just fill up carbs or a day or two.

Do you suffer from anxiety, stress, fatigue, depression etc.? Nope
Are you typically physically relaxed or tense? Relaxed
Do you have any known health conditions ? No

What symptoms do you have? The busted capillaries, no pain, no discomfort penis works as it should
How long have you had them? One year
Have they been the same over that time or have they got better/worse? It has stayed the same
Have they improved for periods of time? Just a few months ago
If symptoms have improved or gone away for periods of time, how long did they improve for? 2 months
What makes the symptoms better? I’m really not sure, it could be that my glands were getting used to the pull of the Vac extender
What makes the symptoms worse? When I increase in rods for my extender. New injured capillaries pop up but in the same areas when it first started
Are there certain times of day the symptoms are better or worse? After a certain amount of months

How do you think your condition/symptoms occurred? The busted capillaries creeped over time from my frenulum to going around my penis.
I just looked in the front of my glands and then noticed a dark spot one day and turned to see the under-side. I then saw the damage. It had occurred before but I just took a break and it went away
I can’t remember why I was so caught off guard the second time.

1 year without jelq or stretch, more or less in the same spot, is like my external oblique hurts and I lost a lot of size erection and everything this is unreal

Is not external oblique sorry, I don’t know how to explain, I told this to all kind of doctors but but they give me long and do not investigate the case in depth, the surgeon or the urologist relate it to something digestive, the digestiologist discards it and sees it as something muscular, nobody wants to take care of it, if it stops giving me an error, I send an image of the part where I have the discomfort, since that appeared I have not been able to have a normal erection. All of this always related to PE but if you say this to the doctors they don’t just think it’s useless but it’s harmless and they ignore the possibility that you could hurt yourself doing that
