Thanks for the explanation. I used to stretch the skin while masturbating, which seems stupid now, but here’s my issue. I never done PE. My worry is that more skin causes less friction.. Inside her. It looks wrinkled when flaccid and it didn’t look like this before. Will the skin tighten again if I quit masturbation (the cause of skin stretching)?

Should I worry or am I just tripping?

If I start PE now, I think the skin will loosen even more. I don’t want it to look like and old man’s face.

I wouldn’t deliberately stretch the skin alone during masturbation, but plenty of circumcised people who are into forskin restoration do. They usually have to tape the skin in a stretched state for extended periods of time if they don’t want the skin to return to its natural resting state though.

Many penises look wrinkled when they are flaccid, especially if you are a ‘grower’; it’s not going to look abnormal to anyone if it is wrinkled, so don’t worry about that. If you are uncircumcised and she is not very wet, the ‘inner penis’ will always move within the skin, causing slightly less friction - it’s one of the argumants for circumcision - but it doesn’t seem to reduce women’s pleasure appreciably, and if she’s wet it doesn’t make much difference.

Doing PE properly doesn’t cause much skin stretch; I think jelqing is the greatest synergistic exercise but it’s the only one that may cause a little skin stretch if you allow the skin to be stretched too much while doing it. I’ve never developed stretched skin despite years of jelqing and even pumping with, occasionally, quite a lot of lymph build-up, which temorarily stretches the skin.

Hello, I’m worried about something that happened a year ago. I’m 23yo. I’m in good health.

One year ago, I tried newbie routine for a few weeks, maybe two months. I wasn’t doing correctly my warm up, I had difficulties to do it and I found it useless.

I was doing 10 manual stretches, 30s each, and 200 jelqs. I found it was hard to stay flaccid while stretching, so I was starting a stretch with a little engorgement and ending it half erect. I was pulling quite hard while stretching, but I never felt pain.

My jelqs were ok, and I was stopping when approaching 100% erect.

One day, I masturbated immediately after a session. Then I noticed that my penis shape had changed a bit. I had what looked like an indentation on a side just below the glans.

First I thought that my stretches were too hard and I deformed the tunica, because the indentation is where I used to grab my penis.

But after seeing some specialists, they say that there’s no problem with my tunica and corpus cavernosum. No irregularities.

And, after reading some comments on this forum, I think that I did not have an aggressive practicing.

A possibility I think about is that I just made a few veins and artery swell because of compression, just before the glans, and these swollen veins give me a feeling of indentation between them. I don’t know if you get what I mean.

My question is, I didn’t have the feeling of practicing too aggressively, but I think that lack of warm up could have been a problem, and maybe stretches were a bit too much , what do you think about it ? Thanks

I want to add that this indentation is sometimes visible when flaccid, sometimes not. It’s always visible when inflating and when erect, and stay visible when going back to flaccid state (I mean it’s more visible after than before an erection).

I don’t have ED. Right after the appearance of the indentation, my EQ was bad, but it came back to normal state in a few times.

About the idea of swollen veins, what makes me say it’s a possibility is that I sometimes feel a very slight feeling of uncomfortableness around the indentation, but not in the exact indented spot. So it could be sensitive swollen veins that I feel.

Anyone know why saw palmetto would give bigger flaccid as flaccid was colder before use? Can’t work it out, maybe that indicates the prostate needed help?

PAIN at the right side of the pelvic area

So, I’ve started stretching three days ago. And this is my second attempt for penis exercise. Before that I’ve tried jelqing for few days but I ended up with a pain in a vein. And I stopped jelqing. The pain was mild but I felt it every time I touched the vein. After stopping jelqing, the pain slowly went away. Four days ago, I started stretching or s2s. First two days I didn’t feel any pain. So I tried it and I felt slight tension beneath my skin and felt mild pain. I felt it whenever I stretched it to the left and the pain was on the right side of penis bottom the place where its attached to the pelvic bones. I put my fingers on that area while stretching to check what’s causing the pain and felt a tight vein in that area. I didn’t stretch today to avoid any serious injury. I don’t understand what should I do now. And should I wait for recovery or stretching completely or start without caring about it? And if I do, how much pressure should I actually use stretching?

Sorry, for my bad English. I hope you understand this and give me a solution.

PS: I’ve no past injury or no disease in that area.

It doesn’t sound like a ‘tight vein’, it sounds like you’ve strained a suspensory ligament.

Hi, I always say the same but I’ve been more than 2 years with the same problem.

I lost my erection and a lot of size, I have a weird feeling in the abdominal area and is like the blood don’t enter to the penis can someone know what is happening to me?

Well the problem is that this wasn’t my only problem, I’ve been in a lot of doctors I have been to psychiatrists and psychologists for other personal problems besides this, I talked to them about this as well but they underestimate what was happening to me, cause I have discomfort in the lower abdomen they sent me to the digestiologist, I talked to them I explained what jelqing was and that all my problems are related to this, I said to them to sent me to the urologist but they canceled my visit, the next time I go to a psychologist I’m making sure I will have a visit.

What I done, I stopped streching because was the main problem because it seems like the damage I feel in lower abdomen increase when I stretch, I’ve been without streching 6 months and I stopped jelqing 1 month, but I didn’t noticed to much improvement and I kept light jelqing during the past few months.

My new plan is keep using iodine because I think I have a possible scar tissue that inhibits the bloodflow, gonna try cold because it helped me in the past and stop all kind of PE because today I done stretching and the pressure I feel got higher. I get desperate and I always return because I want mi size back and I think I’m going to loose the gains I won in the past if I stop so I’m always doubting of what to do, but I think I’m going to stop all kind of PE and go running to increase bloodflow in all my body.

Is hard to stop but I’ve been 2 years without a real permanent improvement so I’m going to try to heal if its possible, I noticed more discomfort in lower abdomen when I stretched today so I think it was improving so if I stop during a hole year probably I heal back. Stop masturbating if you can. Aggressive masturbation with a strong grip could slow or prevent healing.
