My personal favorite is to get a semi erection and squeeze it and pull it straight away from your body.
So you are exercising the BC muscle two ways, one is against the tugback and the other is against the expansion.
I think a good routine is to hold the contraction for 10 seconds then relax for 10 seconds. Do as many sets as you can hold for the whole 10 seconds.
Once you can’t hold for the full ten seconds…stop! You are done for the day.
Do that once every 2-3 days.
You will find that you will be able to contract harder and for more sets very quickly. Once you get that BC stronger, those erections will be MUCH harder!
