5-day report
So I have tried the ACLAR/ornithine (FOY) formula for five days, taken 3+ hours after my last meal, just before going to bed.
1) I did not notice any sweating.
2) I do have decent wood: I can jelq more often, though I’m not sure that is the best thing for my unit, as I suspect he is a less-is-more kind of guy. The woody is about the same as from L-arginine.
3) When I wake up in the morning, my eyes and mouth are less dry. In fact, I even have some sleep (yellow gunk) in my eyes, just like when I was younger.
4) Slightly more mental energy, perhaps… it’s difficult to tell.
5) My appetite is somewhat higher.
I’m on the watch-out for faster gains, smoother skin, and, should I start training again, rapidity in getting into shape.
I stopped taking L-arginine, which I had used for about one week. (I just didn’t want to take too much new stuff at once, first because it may overwhelm my body, second because it’s difficult to tease apart what causes what).
That’s my report. Hopefully I’ll have interesting observations 30 days into this.
Anyone else trying this FOY formula: please share your observations, however minute.
