Okay I’m only on the 39th page but I’ve seen some thing’s that I want to settle right here and now, First, Soy isn’t bad for you, 2. Sun flower lecithin is also a phytoestrogen 3. Phytoestrogen’s aren’t bad for you. Now fror everyone who say’s I still don’t want to eat soy, I don’t blame you it’s like costco labeling their milk products as “Organic” when they already have law suits for not being “Organic” for various reasons, One of which I read that their supplier add’s fish oil to the finished product which has micrograms of carcinogens, Carcinogens aren’t dangerous for your health if kept in the low range but either way a fabrication is just that a fabrication. Also on the notion of the word “Organic” it appears you never really are getting what you pay for with organic products, Possibly to an extent the product is some what organic but you will never be able to tell if they used hormones or pesticides etc unless you test the product, You have more luck at buying “Organic” products at local super markets from farmers locally, Even then you are just pulling at straws, The only real way to know what’s in the product is to make the product yourself, And not to many of us are lucky enough to have farms, “Maybe one day” “I do have a bit of my own land ^.^” anyway I’m getting off topic, If you should take anything from this it is that phytoestrogens are good for you, They are in numerous vegetables and fruits and are far less harmful than regular estrogens and hormone inhanced estrogens, Shoot, There are estrogens in the meat you eat, Even the “Organic”. I don’t blame you for not wanting to eat anything labeled soy, Shoot it’s probably going to be a while before I touch something named soy just because of the fact that all the hype has me still trembling at the name. Lastly if you still don’t believe that phytoestrogens like soy aren’t good for you, Well if you are experiencing a loss in libido and you have high testosterone, It could be that you have low estrogen levels.. Yes men need estrogen too, Shoot phytoestrogens can even promote testosterone levels to increase, One article suggests that high levels of phytoestrogens compete with the female hormone for receptor sites, block its actions — which can include some inhibition of pituitary functions — and stimulate the P450 system in the liver to more actively process and excrete excess estrogen, Which in my opinion is very likely, Do you know alot and when I say alot I mean more than 3 people who have received cancer from eating fruits vegetables and bean’s?
