I guess I stopped because I was kind of embarrassed ordering it lol and you have to hold off on climaxing for 2-3days for it to work anyways. Yes men need estrogen too, Shoot phytoestrogens can even promote testosterone levels to increase, One article suggests that high levels of phytoestrogens compete with the female hormone for receptor sites, block its actions — which can include some inhibition of pituitary functions — and stimulate the P450 system in the liver to more actively process and excrete excess estrogen, Which in my opinion is very likely, Do you know alot and when I say alot I mean more than 3 people who have received cancer from eating fruits vegetables and bean’s?

Hey moto, you start off saying the two are not bad for you and you end with “aren’t good for you”.so what are you really trying to say?

Abstaining is a big part of big loads. In lieu of abstaining you could try prolonging arousal.

Have you been cycling your stack? Maybe it’s time to take a break. You’d be surprised, some of my biggest loads have been when cycling off.

What’s the general consensus on the celery…

I’m guessing the order of effectiveness looks something like this:

1) Tablespoon of whole celery seed chewed
2) Celery seed in a smoothie by a super-blender (Vitamix or Blendtec)
3) Natural Factors celery seed extract
4) Celery seed swallowed whole

Now #1 is pretty repulsive, and I haven’t tried #2 yet - but that might make my green smoothies that have only a little bit of fruit, equally repulsive.

Not a lot out there on the effectiveness of the Natural Factors extract for this specific application :)

Does it work?

I’ve been on the “Holy Grail” for 3 weeks now. I have a good diet, drink plenty of water, get exercise on a regular basis, and have a properly functioning sex drive. Prior to starting the stack I was probably in the average category for volume, but was looking for it to be more North’esque. At this point, after three weeks, I’ve seen virtually zero change in my total cum volume or sexual drive. The only change I’ve noticed is maybe a tiny bit more pre-cum, but nothing noteworthy.

That said, the stack may help guys who don’t eat properly or get exercise, or have a low sex drive.

I was pretty hopeful about the reported benefits of this regimen, but sadly have been unimpressed by the results. I’m also skeptical of the claim that you must abstain for a couple of days to see the effects. Waiting a couple of days to cum has a huge effect on volume regardless of any sort of supplements you’re taking.

This is no holy grail of cum, guys.. Don’t get your hopes up.
