How many tubes/what volume of blood are you spinning to get 2.5mL of PRF? I bought all the kit and am about to do what you’re doing, albeit without the wife to do the blood draw.
Well I think it’s a good time to double check your sterilization techniques. USe at least 2 different sterilizattion methods (I.e: chemical+temperature) for all the gear. You don’t want your dick to rot and fall off due to some silly pathogen that could have been killed easily.

My tubes are 9.5ml and I use 3 tubes altogether so around 28.5ml to get PRF

Needles are already sterilised and so are vacuum tubes. Buy correct products and they will be correctly CE marked and sterilised. The same stuff medical professionals use.

Mines set at 300g which when I change to RPM is 1690ish

It’s not upto me whether you attempt what I do.
BUT AND I MEAN BUT SO YOU AND ANYONE ELSE CAN LISTEN. (cap lock gets everyone looking)
I did not just buy the equipment and do it.
I researched and researched not just PRP and PRF but also venepuncture as you do it wrong you could hit an artery, nerve or muscle.
MAKE SURE ANYONE ATTEMPTING THIS TO RESEARCH AND I MEAN RESEARCH AS IF IT WAS FOR A DISSERTATION.
Don’t jump in expecting to get it right first time, after all veins can be awkward, I wasted needles and tubes because I wasn’t at the right angle or not deep enough or too deep where you’ve came out otheriside of vein, you get flashback a little but thats it you won’t fill a tube, this is why I say research and also watch videos of venepuncture.
It is and always will be whomevers choice to do this but research and always proceed with caution and pay attention to your body, most if not all of us have had blood draws in the past so we know what to expect.

It does 400g @ 2000rpm. I got one more shot from my doc to learn the last details of how to do it to myself and put in 100 units of Xeomin (it’s a form of Botox). Will do my own PRF next week.
