Nice thread you have here. Super curious about how you’ve been going in the past 1.5 month since your last post.
I’d be too scared to do this to my own unit at risk of doing it wrong.
Interested to hear how your gains are coming along.

My glans is closer to 4.7.
I was wondering how your glans injections are going? Any significant changes or growth? Most say this is a hard area to grow. But I’d love mine to grow and be symmetrical. Maybe then I’ll feel satirised with my size.

It’s very interesting you doing this yourself compared to going to a doctor and receiving treatments that fail with no guarantees except forking out money.

I guess your overheads are a lot lower due to DIY and you can redo to get the results you desire.

The only things I’ve gained is better erections and more vein growth.

It’s a hectic family life so I don’t get as much chance to sort much PE, gains id say no more than a couple of mm but that could also be EQ but since starting I’ve done maybe 100 hours of PE work, not much I know.

Regarding the glans better sensation after the injections but that’s it.

I think with these injections pumping may be the better option as I see better results pumping with the injections rather than hanging with the injections.

The Mrs grandad is doing better but still unable to walk unaided.

From my admittedly imperfect understanding of how that works, I agree.

How much would you say EQ has improved? Is the process worthwhile just for that?

EQ before injections id say about 6, 7 at a max. Not rigid, now I’d say around the 9-10 mark and its throbbing when in action.

I think the injections help the CC better than the tunica. If im correct-ish hanging is good for tunica stretching, whilst pumping is better for CC expansion.

Need to replace cylinder so I can get back to pumping.

I have some new veins visible but it took 5-6 years to be noticeable with just a PE routine.

Scourge210 on forumnewart started a thread years ago on his p shot + PE methods, but he only posted for a short while, said he wouldn’t do a second shot, but was very pleased with the results he got.

Aesthetically it’s amazing, EQ is making me feel as though I’m in my early 20’s Plus the temporary girth gains are awesome.

Took her a little while as my blood made her feel a little funny and she was worried about hurting me. Now if I even try and do it on my own I get told off haha I was in the bad books for a few weeks when I did it on my own, I learnt not again haha.

Great thread I just came across it. I have tried 3x so far self injecting with not much luck at all with the whole process. I have a 30g needle. What I did was try to follow the double spin protocol for the highest g-factors. 2800rpm/2800rpm 10-min.

After the first spin i take the layer a little past the buffy coat. Then I spin it again for the second spin. After the 2nd spin I remove the top portion until I have about 7cc then I active it with 10% calcium chloride.

I try to shoot 1.5cc twice on each side and .5cc on the glans. So far I have not been successful as what happens is the 30g needle gets clogged and i get maybe one injection. I don’t wait long after the spin maybe it is the activation. I was thinking on ordering 27g needle to see if it works out better. Any suggestions would be great.

Are you using insulin syringes? They’re cheap enough to just load three of them and throw them away afterward. I think they’re around 10 cents each at my local pharmacy.

I had the same issue and had to move over to 27g, never had an issue since, I find insulin needles are best for the glans and always first once it stops I then switch to 27g for the shaft.

How many times have you done this? Have you tried to follow the P-Long protocol? Do you activate with calcium chloride? I will try again in 2-weeks. This last time was not that successful. But I had one time where I was able to put 1c in my glans and then pumped after wow I couldn’t believe the size I got for the first 1-2hr after pumping. I wish it stayed maybe over time if I do this once every 3-weeks. Are you on a schedule?

I’ve been doing it about a year, no I haven’t tried the p-long protocol. I dont activate as i use the PRF method. I noticed a good difference when I was on a schedule as I was hitting 6" girth pumped. I was injecting every 2 weeks and pumping after every injection for about 10 mins as well as doing hanging. I tried just hanging and injections and nothing happened that I noticed, I found pumping was better with the injections. My last set was a few month ago.

My next PRF schedule will consist of weekly injections going up the shaft about 1cm each week, should take between 12 and 14 weeks to complete with daily pumping hopefully 3 x daily about 15 mins with an hours hanging 30 mins with heat 30 without.

Andy that is great I want to hear all about your progress. I will buy some tubes with no additive and try your technique with PRF and alternate with the PRP-double spin. One question to get the PRF: You perform one spin at 300g for 4-min? Its interesting the last time I tried it I purchased a Microneedle Roller I rolled my head and my forehead and used some of the PRP/PPP on my forehead and put it in my hair. Maybe over time I could get thicker hair. I have one scar I will try to microneedle and cover with the PRP/PPP maybe it will start to disappear. I see that you have had success with scars.

Think of PRF as an organic version as there’s no additives whatsoever and the PRF if left will clot up so you have to be no more than 5-10 mins to inject what you have.
One spin at 300g for 4 minutes. I’ve used it on my forhead lines and they aren’t as deep now, I’ve used it on a scar and it won’t remove the scar but it will make it feel better and potential improve sensation in the skin. My wife wants to try it to regrow eyebrow hairs. My wife uses a product called Dr Pen.

How did you come up with your time and protocol?

Conclusions

Last night I did a P-shot double spin technique and injected about 8ml double spin prp. I did not activate it this time but my 30g needle still had problems with glans injection. I am finding that my 30g needles are bending that is what is causing my issue. I have thrown them away and ordered some new ones from BD. I did some research and BD is a higher quality needle. The new 27g needles worked well and I had no issues. Thank you for that suggestion. Next time I will active it with calcium chloride. I pumped right afterwards had some nice expansion. After pumping I micro needled my head and forehead and used the PPP on my face, hair etc. I am going to pump twice a day once in the morning for 15min and once at night for 15min. I will wait a week or two and then I want to try your PRF technique.

Yes the 400-700g for 8 mins will give most yield but you can’t inject a solid PRF clot, you want liquid PRF which is a lower spin and shorter timing.

My protocol was just an in-between of the liquid PRF ranges.

30g and 31g needles can bend that’s the issue with thinner needles I can easily bend a 30g doing sub-q injections.

Let me know how you get on
