Do you use any cream to numb before to inject? I watched this video and looks like he felt a lot of pain

I use 3ml syringe, do not reuse syringe or needle

I watched video and no I say you shouldn’t feel anything like that, you get a little sharp prick but nothing major, from my own experience it feels like having a needle in arm to draw blood.

I tried and I’m not sure if I need to change the speed, because 9 ml tube, just made 1or 1.5 ml of prf, is it right?

My first time was 300g for 5 min and second 400g for 8 min.

If it has a solid prf clot inside it’s been too long.

You should end up with around 1-2ml max but you can use all above the red blood cell layer as even just the serum contains good amounts of igf1

Try 400g for 4 mins

I started reading about PRP many years ago, when Dr. Runnels came up with his protocol, I immediately started researching the way to do it myself at home. However, never pushed through for the simple fact that to this day I have not read a scientific paper that justify it strictly for PE. It improve erection, yes, perhaps "rejuvenate" the penis, but I always had in my mind a way to deliver the platelets or fibrin strictly into the either the tunica or the septum. After all, those are the structures limiting size.

So far I think it may be more useful for EQ and possibly girth, definitely appearance as I’ve had a load of vein growth.

I don’t get much chance to do much due to family life but I gained around 5mm girth, not much could be EQ could be growth but I haven’t done any since November.

It could potentially be applied to tunica like how some fillers are put between the fascias to give a natural appearance.

You may have given me an idea for my next experiment haha.

What do you think to use prp gel for filler the girth? It is used in many places in the body and is safer than hyaluronic acid

You can’t inject the clot, if it’s not a liquid you can’t inject it.

I’m not talking about the clot for dentistry .

Prp gel is a prp and ppp(prf) after heating for 6-8 min at 90°celsius, it’s the same used to filler glute, face, lip, forehead.

If you know what you’re doing should be OK.

There’s another protocol called C-PRF which is apparently more concentrated than typical I-PRF but the downfall is out of a 9.5/10ml tube you produce about 0.3 - 0.5ml.

I have been doing PRF-M recently. The kits are basically foolproof and between two tubes, you end up with around 6mL.
