Getting morning wood
I want more consistent morning wood.
I get it sometimes, and this is when I have had a deep sleep, with a vivid dream. On these occassions I undoubtedly wake up with a hard on. However, I am fighting depression, and (possibly) for this reason these sleeps rarely happen. I always wake up feeling like I haven’t slept, and wake up to a soft dick too. Also, whenever I wake up hard I feel happy and refreshed. When I wake up soft I feel depressed and tired.
So what are some ways to imrpove morning wood?
Right now I am experimenting with ZMA which has zinc, magnesium and B6. I’m also taking L arginine, and trying to drink lots of water before I sleep. I am thinking about trying melatonin too. Advices?
