22 old newbie here with average 5-6in penis.

Want to get it bigger longer and thicker.

What should I try ?

Pills, Patches, excersize, pumps, etc ?

First off, pills wont do anything but shrink your wallet! Start with the newbie routine and go SLOW. Read up on all the info here and ease into PE, ya dont wanna mess your dick up do ya? This takes time and patience but it does work. Good luck!

Well you can try them if you’d like but in my experience nothing has worked like PE. I have spent over $1000.00 on bullshit pills and devices and even patches and gained nothing.

Here’s what pills can do: promote blood flow, help out with erection strength, and sex drive.
They may make your erections harder as a result, and that may translate into a small gain in size.
They will not cause your dick to become bigger in any significant or, more importantly, permanent way.

If you’re 22 chances are you don’t need help with your sex drive. As for promoting blood flow: getting regular aerobic exercise will have a much better effect, as it will strengthen your heart and therefore the blood flow throughout your body. Kegels are very important for blood flow to the dick and will help with a whole host of things regarding your erection quality.

A basic newbie routine is a great way to start.

Warm-up, light stretching, jelqing, warm-down, kegels. Kegels can be done in just about any situation, and it’s not a bad habit to get into.

Do yourself a favor and start with a newbie routine and you will see results.

Apparently your friends are not part of the several law suits against the “pill” companies for their products failure to produce advertised results.

Everything here at Thunder’s is free. I would try that stuff first. Why pay money when you don’t have to. And trust me, you don’t have to.

Go to the first thread in the Newbie Forum, follow all the links in the first post, then get on the Newbie Routine for a couple months. You should see some changes.
