And I’ve been doing this for my routine for past 3 days
1st day
5 minutes warm up
2 minutes stretch
3 minutes jelq
5 minuets warm up
40 kelgs
Just for the beginning so I can go easy on my dick
Then
2nd day
5 minutes warm up
5 minutes stretch
5 minutes jelq
5 minutes warm up
50 or more kelgs
And today, taking a break. This is my plan
Sunday, monday - regular newbie routine
Tuesday - break
Wendsday Thursday - regular newbie routine
Then Friday ~ Sunday - break.
Here’s my question.
Is it normal to get negative penis effects when just starting PE?
Becuase my erection have been weaker and it doesn’t feel healthier as usual.
And is it OK to do 5 minutes warmup on break days?
