Hi guys

I’ve just turned 19 years old and have measured up, I’m exactly 6.1 inches,just wondering if this is very small? ..

I’m also not to worried about the girth but need the length increased.

Any workouts you’ve tried that actually work the length for you?

At 6.1 you are statistically average or slightly above, so no worries there for you.

Do the newbie routine for at least 4 months I would advise, and you should hopefully see some
decent length gains.

I got around an inch in about 7 months.

6IL, as mansun says, the newbie routine is good for at least 4 months or more, I gained loads but am a lot older so EQ probably had a lot to do with it.

I am still gaining 6 months in, albeit a lot slower and I’m still using the newbie routine.


Starting Stats: 5 3/4 bpel, 4 7/8 eg. Current Stats: 6 3/4 bpel, 5 1/2 eg. Goal: 9 x 6

6.1 inches is certainly a solid average (depending if it is NBPEL?).

Also, many surverys say girth is important, so do focus on that.

1.5 inches is possible, certainly 1 inch for most, but i’d expect it to take towards 1 year of consistent routines.

Newbie routine for 4 months though, good advice!

IS that measured from the bone or the fat pad? Either way it’s not small m8 don’t worry about it, pe will add some length as well so your all sweet m8

When I started out 3 months ago I was working out too hard, take it easy and steady to start off with m8 and don’t injure yourself. I have gained 0.5 since starting so lets hope you make some good progress to.


Start Stats ( 11/3/09) BPEL = 6.5 EG= 5.75

Last Measurement (31/5/09) BPEL = 6.9 / 7

Next measurement = ( 30/6/09 )

I wholeheartedly agree, start with the newbie routine and try to stick to it. Consistency and steadiness seem to be the key.

I gained around 2.4cm (.9in) in my first six months using essentially the newbie routine.

Hey Mansun did you up the intensity of your newbie routine, like did you ad more time spent on stretching and jelqing on month 2,3,4 etc?

Some guys would start with 5 mins stretching and move up too 10 mins at month 2 and also up the amount of jelqs. I figure this will be a tricky thing to gage, when to up the intensity/time.
