Hello,
my next routine will include some hours with ADS and ANS. That means in theory i will just have a few hours for rest, or even maybe no rest. What are your opinions about that please ? Is rest necessary ?

Rest is important after exerting any part of your body, and this site has many places where it stresses the need for it.
With some stretching machines, I read that the maximum they should be applied is only for a few hours. So I wouldn’t be surprised if doing an all-night stretch would hurt your progress rather than help.
Another member here with more experience could probably clarify this better.

I would suggest doing some searching on the risk of ANS.
PE for length: so her heart stops when she sees it. PE for girth: to get her heart started again!

Thanks. My ANS is Monkeybar’s ANS. I would use a light tension. But light tension is tension, then i suppose i need rest. Don’t know how many time per day.
