You will probably have injuries if you do PE. Mostly everyone has some sort if injury at some point.
But there are many kinds of injuries. As example using a “very safe” penis extender like phallosan you can easily create a blister.. But that´s not gona make you a eunuch.
You will learn and solve whatever caused it, and go on.However if you use a marker to paint inch marks on a knife and you use it as a ruler, you can injure yourself easily.
Some dude here castrated himself.
Be careful.
Use common sense.
I just wanted to know that if I’m 3 weeks in and I’m not seeing issues, am I good to keep progressing. It seems alot of people have hurt themselves from jelqing mostly. Some are ignorant, some seem to have predisposed conditions that almost permanently mess them up after they’re first day of PE.
I’m kind of worried about jelqing from the stories. I might try and make a safe routine that cuts out all routes for injury. Even safe jelqing has seemed to mess people up so that is off my list. Would stretching, fowfers, and an extender/ADS on the lightest setting be the safest alternative for a good PE routine.
Any views on the x4 labs extender?. Is this a safer alternative to jelqing?
