Another LOT question
Does your LOT change as you stretch your ligs? For instance if you start at an LOT of 10:00 and you stretch/lengthen your ligs for a couple of months…. over time will your LOT eventually reach 6:00?
Also would that mean than once you hit an LOT of 6:00 that you have exhausted all your lig lengthening potential?
One more question - I’ve been reading an absolute tonne of posts on this msg board and It seems most guys start by stretching the ligs first than seem to progress on to stretching the tunica. Any reason for that? Just curious. In my routine I stretch both tunica and ligs in the same workout.
