I see you are thinking about getting an air pump set-up to alternate with your bathmate.

I think that is great as it is my humble opinion that you need a pump with a gauge to do penis enlargement. You can be more ‘scientific’ about your routine.

Here is a set up I put together. It has a pressure gauge and can be used for either air pumping or water pumping:

I have continued to use the BM and still looking into the airpump.

I had a session today that provided very positive results.

I was further in the tube than ever before and my penis was allot thicker.

I have reduced my use of the BM to every two to three days.

Nothing new to report.

No gains that I can really speak of either.

I can say again that I am getting further and further in the tube.

I am a full inch deeper from when I started on the measuring indicator on the BM.

Might just be the bellow collapsing more due to age.

Not seeing any girth gains at all that I can speak of.

I believe I am on Day 89,

So maybe I have spoken to soon.
For the last two weeks I have been doing daily sessions.
I pump up and wear it for about 5 minutes, I repeat for 3 times in total (as instructed)
The last two days I added the comfort ring to two of the three sessions and could feel the pressure focusing on a different part of my penis.
More to the mid to the top part of my penis. Without the comfort ring I feel the pressure at the base of my penis.
Today I noticed that I was able to get a full CM deeper in the tube since yesterday. Again, this could it just be that the bellow is just aging, I am not sure.
That’s like 4 CM total since I started. It has appeared to be that the bellow is totally collapsed, so I am not sure what is going on.

The purplish color that I was originally concerned about doesn’t come on as quickly now, and goes away pretty fast after I message my penis for few seconds.
Must have just been my penis getting conditioned. I think the key to that was shorter sessions until my penis was ready for it.

I have pretty solid erections almost every morning, and not having issues in that department.
With what I am seeing right now, I would expect I would be certain something is happening within a couple weeks.

One other thing worth mentioning, the weather here has significantly gotten warmer the last two weeks.
So basically my balls aren’t always frozen and my dick is a little more relaxed from the warmer weather.

I wanted to provide a better description of my sessions.

Most of the time I don’t have time in the shower to use the BM.
At some point during the day I will use a large cup of water to fill the BM (without comfort ring inserted).
After the BM is full I will either put the comfort ring in the BM (removes chances of air bubbles), or just put it on and begin pumping.
After I have good section and I don’t see any air bubbles I’ll sit on the toilet or chair during the 5 minute wait.
After the 5 minutes I release the pressure, and message my penis for about a minute to get the blood flowing again.
I then repeat these steps two additional times, without much time in between sessions.
I basically wait until I think my penis has good coloring before I start the next session.

During this process sometimes I get partially to fully erect (not intentionally).
I believe that the first session is just filling the penis up with blood.
I don’t really think that you get a really good session until the second or third time.

I have not been jelqing recently although I do see the benefit of doing it.
I may start that back up this week.

Normal session today, got up to 17 CM in the tube on the third set.
I also did a measurement today.
I was surprised to find that my NBPEL has increased by 1/2 inch.
My BPEL was difficult to get and I know it is not accurate. I think I picked up 1/16 to a 1/4 of an inch there, but don’t want to commit to that.
I am still very skeptical at this point, but I am trying to be optimistic.

What is weird is that when I pumped today and my penis felt longer and thicker, but it didn’t measure any different.
Maybe my mind is playing tricks on me.

Follow Up

This will be my final entry

So I stopped using the BM a couple months ago because I decided to focus on my physical and mental health.
I know ultimately I was having self esteem issues along with some physical ones like blood pressure etc..
Over the last couple months I have lost about 40 lbs, and had some changes to medications to get my blood pressure under control.
Over extended use of the BM I am not convinced it has made any difference.
I will say that PE (jelqing) regardless of gains is worth it because it enhances orgasms significantly.

With the weight loss my penis does look and feel larger in length. Getting rid of that fat pad has made a huge difference.
So my recommendation is to do PE and focus on physical health.

As far as my insecurities I will say this, I don’t have a monster penis and that is ok.
My little friend is a little above average, which really doesn’t matter.
My wife is more likely to orgasm with only around 3 to 4 inches inside of her, so the rest is honestly just for show.
Now I’m not saying it’s not important to me, but the bottom line is that 3 inches gets the job done and that is what is important.

You have the right mindset now. Diet and exercise is absolutely key, it builds you up physically, at least for me it is the biggest factor for good mental health, and it gives confidence knowing you are at least working in the right direction. PE can be a great form of meditation and if you focus on overall health, including your penis, you will see results. That being said if you ever do consider pumping again I highly recommend a air pump with a gauge. They are easier to use and let you make more informed decisions about how to change up your routine. It works so do the work.

I had amazingly quick results (I’m 59) with pumping 2x a day for 20 minutes each with an air pump with gauge(don’t go above 5hg). Kegels while in the tube and jelqing after. Within a month or two I got back all my senior shrinking along morning erections I have not had for years. I really don’t understand why anyone would use a pump with a gauge—the wrong pressure really screwed up my EQ, so a gauge in a must Imho.
