Beginner routine - which one is better.
Hi,
I was wondering which routine are people getting better results, the two most popular ones on the internet is Sizemeister routine, which was written in 2000, and the JP 90 day beginner routine (revised) that was written in 2009. I just want to ask which routine gives better results.
The downside to Sizemeister, is that it requires a hanger. I also have read Uli’s routine but a lot of people are doing that after trying the first two that I mentioned. Anyway, I just want to hear more opinions on these routine as I am having trouble to pick which one I should start on.
Feel free to suggest a better beginner routine.
