Beginning Newbie Routine

Hello everyone! I am a twenty year old male (uncircumcised) (Asian), and am about to start my journey into penis enlargement. I got here from lots of exploring on the internet of “male enhancement” and such. I found doctors like Loria and Elist as well as their procedures which I found very intriguing at first, but was eventually discouraged from, thankfully from this forum and Phalloboards. I began my research after I had broken up from my long time, first and only girlfriend (not due to my penis). But only after I met another women is when I grew desperate for change, and also lost significant confidence and satisfaction with “myself”. Another contributing factor was my realization and / or fear that I may have stopped my growth due to excessive teenage masturbation. As of now, I’ve stopped completely and have had no problem, but I’ve also SIGNIFICANTLY lost any sexual urges etc. After becoming dissatisfied with my self.

I’ve accumulated all my questions and will leave them below, but in general I’m worried about two major things. In the future (one to two years) I’ll be receiving an adult circumcision. What I fear is what I’ll have to do to keep my progress, or if it’s even possible to keep my progress if I have to recover from my surgery. I also worry about “turkey neck” from jelqing, but if I am receiving a circumcision down the line, would they just cut that (sorry if dumb question)? My other concern is that I’m over estimating how much progress I’ll make. How much of a realistic change can I expect within a one to three year time spand. I’m willing to stay dedicated for even up to five years or even more, but I just don’t have a clear plan / idea / image of what to expect and plan for in the future. Will I eventually have to get separate devices and use more drastic and time consuming exercises to get bigger, or even to maintain my self?

Anyway, that’s where I’m coming from. I’m a little confused about how to properly measure myself, but as a rough estimate..

General Questions :
How should I divide my stretches up, regarding amount for upward, side, etc.?
What grip for side stretches?
What is the best erection level for jelqs and whats the best method for retaining that erection?
When should I change my routine?
When should I check / record progress?
Why should I avoid erection levels above 80% for jelqs?
What is the linear method and should I look into it?
I saw a couple places say stopping masturbation increased their flaccid size, but they were all random not very popular posts, any thoughts on this?
