Hello everyone from Russia! Sorry for my English beforehand, still learning. Could you advise the proven way for warming up. I read somewhere about socks of rice and jars of hot water but couldn’t decide which one’s better. I know about hot pads but I can’t buy anything like this right now. Also, is it better to alternate jelq and warm up? For example: warm up 5 minutes, then jelq 5 minutes, then again warm up and so on.

I’ve been trying many methods this last year.

Best for me still a hard plastic cup or pitcher with hot water.

When I’m on it I jelq against the edge.

I work with physicians and each day more they see negative effects from alternative sources of heat such as infrared lamp, ultrasound, or other electric generated.

So I gave up ultrasound and infrared despite the noticible results. I’m sticking only to water. May the secret of PE be heat.

I ve tested all kind of warm ups.

The best of the best is hot water…. moisture heat can not be compared with dry heat.

No you don t need to re warm up in jelqing.

The way that I am warming up with hot water is getting in the shower and sitting on the edge of the bathtab.

Then I am using the device that we shower and hitting the hot water on my dick and at the same time I have the other hand under my dick in order for my dick to be covered with water and I alternate this with massaging and pulling gently my dick.

5 mins are enough to make my dick very warmed up… reddish, fat and long that indicates a deep warming up.

Don’t insert your penis into a glass of hot/warm water, because it will weaken your penis’s skin and this process will, eventually, darken, stretched, ugly and old appearance.
The rice sock is good, 5~10 minutes edge is good, IR lamp also good.

Thanks a lot! I tried a cup of hot water today and it felt different from the usual hot towel. All day my “unit” when flaccid is longer and it’s awesome!) I can feel a bit tension in it but it’s a pleasant tension!

Thank you for the reply and sharing your experience! What is more, I’m grateful for your guide “Arm and shoot”. I did it and the result was satisfying. When flaccid my “unit” is longer than usual and overall a bit thicker and I have a bit tension in it. Even though I’ve started recently, I think I’ll stick to your guide mixed a bit with a newbie routine.

I guess nothing can make my penis uglier than it is right now. I’m circumcised but in a different way that my foreskin, when erected, makes my penis look like a baseball bat with lots of scars. Fortunately, my girlfriend is happy with it and finds it attractive. But, anyway, thank you for the reply!

I’ve been doing the hot water dip, sitting on the toilet for a few years now. Nothing else can really come close to how quickly you can warm the tissues, and I haven’t experienced any negative change at all regarding my skin’s condition. I find that idea a little hard to believe (why would this be worse than taking a bath or a shower?). Still, if someone has sensitive skin maybe this could apply to them more than most people.

Haven’t tried IR lamps just because it seems pretty conspicuous and like a lot of extra stuff to have around. The rice sock is kind of a pain in the ass I think but it can be useful in certain situations, especially if you are trying to warm your tissues throughout a static exercise.

Warm rice sock for 10 minutes (2 minutes at each side, 12, 3, 6, 9) with clothes on. Warm wet wash cloth for 10 minutes during stretches. Jelq for 10 minutes.

Thank you for the advice! Sitting on the toilet while warming is quite useful. I wish I had thought of it earlier.
