Best Way To Jelqing

Hello guys.. As a newbie here I would to know from the professionals about the correct or the best way to jelq.. And I will be precise.. I have an issue to jelq using the ok grip or the reverse one.. I started jelqing using like a reverse V.And of course I want to know if this is wrong for gaining and my concern if it is ok to avoid any injuries.

Jelq the way you are most comfortable doing so. There are many different methods and it’s up to you to find the one that suits you. I have seen threads in which guys talk about the reverse V jelq and they’ve had results. So if that’s the way you are most comfortable doing it, then keep it up.

Also, you are more likely to injure yourself doing something that isn’t comfortable to you. If this jelq is something that is comfortable for you to do, then an injury is far less likely.
