2 questions

1-if a girl sees my NBP (5.1 NBP) size before sex will she be able to tell thats its actually bigger after sex?(6.7 BP)

Like if she thought it was small before whats the chances she will think its fairly big after?

2-since I’ve put on weight I’ve not wanted to do much sex. But I am trying to lose weight so I can hopefully lose this fat pad as well.

What are some good exercises to get rid of fat pad? I’m doing 300 sit ups a day, weight lifting 5 days,100-300 burpees and walking/running 3 miles a day. No fast food.

I think I can help you- first of all, I think that it really depends how hard you push. I mean, if you completely bottom yourself out, and then jam past your fat pad, you might surprise the girl.

As far as diminishing your fat pad; abs are made in the kitchen, and thus, fat pads are eliminated here too. Try carb cycling for a month or two and focus on HIIT cardio. You can google search both of these terms and find numerous articles. Focussing your efforts on diet and cardio will yield greater results than any amount of standalone weight/ab training. The greatest changes are often brought about with intensity, dedication and self belief- just like PE.

You can’t do work to just target the fat pad. The best routine for losing fat is pushing away from the table with 25% of your food still on your plate. Next read up on high intensity interval training (HIIT). Reducing body fat all over will help you eventually lose your fat pad. Sadly it’s the last deposit of fat to leave.

Most women seeing your penis will think you have more than enough.

Good you are taking action. Means if you keep going yo uwill reach your goals sooner then later.

1. Its possible. Its like with the porn guys who arent that big but are thin, ripped and no fat pad. They look much bigger then they are.
6.7 bp can hit all spots in a pussy and will be experienced by most girls big and very long.
2. Burpess and running sounds very good already! Keep that up. These are fat burners.
The sit ups actually will make your belly look bigger cause they are under the fat. But still do them. There isnt much muscle below the fat pad.

As the others said. High intensity training(but take care of getting enough rest/sleep!!) and trying to stay food wise at what you need to maintain your muscles.
Anything eaten more will be stored for example at your fat pad.
Still I wouldnt eat with a huge caloric deficit. It might give you some very fast loses but will hurt you in the long run.(depression, fatigue,gaining all back)
A good tip is to eat slow. This is gold. You will see earlier if you are already full and have enough.

You could also look into intermediate fasting.

If you go balls deep and grind your public areas she will feel most of your true size. Happily fat is compressible,

However I do want to say life is too short to avoid sex just cause you are carrying a few extra pounds.

To be honest (within reason) I think women are more concerned/hung up about how their bodies look naked that how yours looks naked.

To be honest 300 sit ups is overkill. My advice would be to do fewer reps but SLOW DOWN and then hold the contraction a full 2 seconds each rep.

Pick one exercise each for upper abs, lower abs, and obliques. Do three sets of each exercise, 12 to 15 reps max per set. Try it for a couple months you will see a big difference.

I also suggest substituting High Intensity Interval Training for your 3 mile run. It takes only 20 mins. Burns fat and spares muscle. And your body continues to burn fat for a good long while afterwards. Do not do it more than 3 times a week.

I am 6.3”BP but 5.5 NBP. I was wondering if my Girl will feel my BP size or NBP size?? Im skinny and have no fate.

Also I want to say you are already doing great for loosing wieght but Its seems you need to think about your decipline. You need a good diet and no wight lefting so much, Forcus on the right exercise for loosing wieght special bell fate for your little dude. I wish you I could explain as much I want but my english is not so good… Also your size is good. Keep it up dude. Good luck
