English is not my first language and when I try to read bibs lot theory, I become really confused.

Can someone try to simply the whole theory for me please?

From what I understand, to figure out your “Lot” you need to stretch your penis and when you do a kegel, whenever you feel the biggest tug back, that is what your Lot angle is. Correct? If that is true then my Lot would be at “11 o’clock” I do not feel any tug back at “6 o’clock”

So what stretches should I be going?

LOT theory: if you stretch your ligs your inner penis will come out. Loss Of Tugback should tell you how much your ligs are tight so how much of your inner penis you can pull out.

Since your inner penis cant’ be pulled out, the theory is wrong and you can just ignore it.

If the inner penis idea was serviceable then surgeons would have at least attempted to pull it out.

Many these these days ignore LOT and stick to the things that show results over time.

LOT theory is a collection of ideas manipulated to fit a desired end result. This is acceptable in the experimental phase, as normally you would then try to prove or disprove these ideas through experimentation.

LOT however, seems to had been accepted as fact by many before it was properly tested and long before it was proven right or wrong.

Time, experience and results have shown me that this theory is fatally flawed and offers no insight into how to gain.

I agree with cantlook. Not only what he says is true but it’s also something that none of the veterans of this site have been particularly interested in for almost 10 years, there’s a reason for this.

Ignore LOT. As tweaking said, vets don’t believe in it.

The only thing LOT does is cause newbies to obsess over “theory” rather than actually doing a PE routine.
