Can't do the newbie routine. Any suggestions?

I started in PE this week but I can’t follow the routine 2-days and 1-rest day because I don’t have any privacy at the weekends. What should I do? Increase the intensity of the newbie routine? Or should I search for some alternative routine?

Try:

Monday, Tuesday - On

Wednesday - Rest

Thursday, Friday - On

Saturday, Sunday - Rest

You should still see Newbie gains from this.

Don’t increase the intensity anymore than what is advised in the Newbie Routine.

Slow and steady wins the race.

Current Stats: BPEL 7.83¨ x MEG 5.6¨ (14th June 2018)

The Dream: BPEL 8.1¨ x EG 6.1¨ (Not sure if the wife supports ¨the dream¨)

I wouldn’t increase the intensity at all during the initial phase. Just take the weekend off.

In a week or two do the routine 5 days on and take the weekend off. If during that 5 days on you feel overly strained take a day off for recovery. You definitely do not want to strain so much that it hurts, your EQ goes down, or you don’t get nightly hard on. Use those three as indicators and increase intensity slowly. Notice something is not right back off and proceed with what works/feels good.
