Coming back to PE after nearly a decade.

Hello. I’m new here to this forum but not entirely new to PE. I’ve done some PE exercises back in 2006 and seen some gains over the course of 4 months. However I had to stop because I had caused discomfort on the right underside of my glans when I was pulling to stretch. After seeing my gains it got discouraging to wait it out and heal so I prematurely began PE and the injury was back to where it was before. Thankfully it was nothing permanent, I stopped PE for a while allowing myself to heal completely and I didn’t destroy my glans. My glands are extremely sensitive because I’m uncircumcised and I remember spending close to an hour doing what should take no more than 15 minutes worth of stretching. The reason why is because I needed to let my glands rest after every set of stretching otherwise it would cause discomfort. I want to begin stretching again but I think there has to be more efficient and effective ways of doing it. A different way of achieving the same result. I was thinking of getting the phallosan device OR the AutoXleeve (absolutely no hanging though) to take the drudgery out of the stretching for me and just strap something on for about 30 minutes a day. The thing is I don’t want the device to

A) cause unnecessary injuries
B) be uncomfortable or a pain to wear
C) “correct” my curvature (the ladies love the curvature)
D) not work.

Is anyone familiar with this device? If so what are your experiences like?

Other then the stretching component to the exercise program I would like to do manual jelqing and add kegels to the mix. However I don’t want to spend more time than I have to so my question is would a permanent routine of just 25 minutes of jelqing/kegels 5 days a week be good? If I can gain 1.5” to 2” in length and some girth in 2 years time I would be okay with that.

Lastly, can I have sex on training days or would that stunt my growth?

All help would be appreciated. Thanks in advanced.

Well. I am circumcised; I think you may do manual stretching if you change something in how you perform it. Give a read here before saying goodbye to manual stretching
Tricks And Tips For Manual Stretching

I think wearing the phallosan 30 minutes per day will give millimeters in a year. If you are short on time better you do more manual exercises IMO. Or invest in cylinder and add pumping.

I don’t want to bother with manual stretching AT ALL to be honest. It’s primitive (no offense to anyone bro), too time consuming and too much of a hassle. It also comes with a higher risk of injury in my opinion.

Does pumping actually work? I was looking into the bathmate product. Does bathmate give REAL & PERMANENT gains? I have the same question regarding the POWERJGYM Power J Gym is the #1 Jelqing Device for Jelqing Exercises

Also, money is NOT an issue for me. I only have issues with products that are all marketing hype and fail to deliver results. If I have to buy products that’ll make the PE process as effortless as possible I’m perfectly okay with that. I know my comment about effortlessness is going to ruffle some feathers due to the "no pain, no gain" mentality but a note to those people: I admire your grit and determination. I’m a very busy person and I share similar goals to yourselves but I feel that if there’s a far easier path to reaching an end goal I would gladly take that less rocky, smoother path. Thanks for understanding.

And if I have to wear the phallosan device for hours a day then so be it. As long as it works and does NOT cause unnecessary injuries, be uncomfortable to wear and cause me to lose my curvature I’ll be perfectly okay with it.

To get any decent results with PE you have to have the right mindset.By saying you couldn’t be bothered to manual stretches is telling me you are lazy and after quick results without putting in much effort. If this is correct you picked the wrong pastime my friend.

Busy Building a big dick with AM 2.

Absolutely… it takes a lot of time and even more determination to see gains consistently… sticking with a close minded approach won’t pay off as good as it could a year down the road when you’ve cemented earlier gains… I know you are against manual stretching… but for me and many many others it is the best for length… you can pull as light or hard as you want and grab from any angle at any point… devices just don’t give the customization that your hand provides..

I do have the right mindset and I’m far from lazy. Allow me to reiterate: I have done manual stretches before and wound up injuring myself. On top of that my glans have always been extremely sensitive and that makes the stretching routines last so much longer than they should. They consume so much time that at that point one shouldn’t even bother. I’m not expecting quick results. I have already said I wouldn’t mind being in it for the long term and gaining 1.5” - 2” in a two year time span.

I’m not close minded. I have done PE before and I know for a fact that manual exercises DO work. But you also have to be sensible/reasonable and realize that not everyone has the time to put in so much time and effort into stretching their dick. There has to be a more efficient/effective way to do things. All I was asking is if a combination of the bathmate/phallosan would give permanent results safely? When I say “safely” I mean within reasonable limits.

Is there anyone who can help without any bias for/against devices? And I don’t mean someone whose going to market these things to me. I mean someone who has actual experience with the devices themselves.

2” gain is something that very, very few people get. The bathmate is not worth a shit. It’s not money or devices that will bring you gains, but knowledge and consistency. If your glans is so sensitive, any kind of extender will cause discomfort. As the other guys have said, you don’t have the right mindset for productive PE, so I would advice you pick up a different hobby.

Yup. Looking for a quick and simple way to go about this always ends up exactly the way you got here in the first place. Either an injury or a lack of commitment due to lack of gains due to lack of motivation. Do some solid research and then start PE again if you can handle the fact that it won’t happen overnight.
