Confused about which routine to use.
I have been planning to start PE for the last few days, and have been reading a lot about it, and I will keep researching it for at least few days before I start, I don’t want to rush into anything.
I learned a lot already, but to be honest I’m really confused about what routine to start with.
This website recommends jelqing as the main exercise in the newbie routine. On r/AJelqForYou jelqing is rated as very dangerous and not recommended at all. Many of the comments on this forum say the same thing. Why is it still recommended then for newbies?
Stretching seems to be recommended a lot if you mainly want length gains, but I couldn’t find any recommended routine in the style of the “newbie routine”, its mostly just examples of other peoples routines. I don’t know witch type of stretches should I do exactly, how many reps, how long etc.
Also in the Angion method video the author says that any other form of PE is useless.
Warm up doesn’t seems to be mentioned in every routine, while other routines say its very important. Is it always better to do it just to be safe, or are there exercises were warming up beforehand can be bad?
I guess what I’m saying is its kinda hard to tell as a noob where to start with PE. Lots of good information here and on reddit, but some are contradictory.
Is there any exact routine you would recommend for a newbie? From the information I gathered so far, I’m thinking that stretches make the most sense for now, but I’m not sure.
