Confused beginner
Hi brothers from other mothers,
This is my first message and I want to say you are all amazing.
I have learned so much, but still like the title says; I’m a confused beginner.
We’re all together in this journey to a nice thick fat cock so we do research and spend hours on PE,
But I can imagine that mastering it and knowing what YOUR body wants and needs takes a lot of time.
Started at around 6BPEL x 5EG - now 6.5BPEL (I think because of EQ)
I am on it for around 3 months now and due to less privacy because I live with my girlfriend, I sometimes
Don’t really know what I am doing so I just jelq nd stretch to convince myself of the fact that I did at least something..
I need tips to kickstart this growth process and want to sketch my ”routine” below;
5 min warmup with washcloth
10 min stretch (V-stretch, JAI)
10 min jelq (3 second hard strokes)
2-3 min warm down
What do you guys think?
At what point is it safe to add more advanced exercises? Appreciate your thoughts on this one!
