Hi brothers from other mothers,

This is my first message and I want to say you are all amazing.
I have learned so much, but still like the title says; I’m a confused beginner.

We’re all together in this journey to a nice thick fat cock so we do research and spend hours on PE,
But I can imagine that mastering it and knowing what YOUR body wants and needs takes a lot of time.

Started at around 6BPEL x 5EG - now 6.5BPEL (I think because of EQ)
I am on it for around 3 months now and due to less privacy because I live with my girlfriend, I sometimes
Don’t really know what I am doing so I just jelq nd stretch to convince myself of the fact that I did at least something..

I need tips to kickstart this growth process and want to sketch my ”routine” below;

5 min warmup with washcloth
10 min stretch (V-stretch, JAI)
10 min jelq (3 second hard strokes)
2-3 min warm down

What do you guys think?

At what point is it safe to add more advanced exercises? Appreciate your thoughts on this one!

Warm down?xD Is it like jerking off or what? Useless point of routine for sure.

I got plateau due to combination of jelq and stretch. So, better to place emphasis on one of them at start.

Advanced needed only after first gains, when simple exercises doesn’t provide growth


1st) Before knowing PE ----------------- 14.0 cm length (5.51 inch), 11 cm girth (4.33 inch)

2nd) PE-like exercises for 3 months -- 16.0 cm length (6.30 inch), 12 cm girth (4.72 inch)

3rd) ThundersPlace's expertise help - 18.4 cm length (7.24 inch), 13 cm girth (5.12 inch) 4th) Routine's re-shape ----------------- 18.6 cm length (7.32 inch), 13.1 cm girth (5.16 inch)

I can see that it was not so clear for you when I said warming down.
By that I mean massaging, using the washcloth again and some ULI’s.

I tried to stretch only, but I don’t think I was doing it the right way, anyway I implemented the jelqs in the routine again.

So what you’re basically saying is do just one of the 2. What would you recommend for length especially? Jelq or stretch?

A .5” gain in 3 months is really good progress. I would stick with the routine that’s working until it doesn’t work anymore.

One of the hardest things for me is avoiding doing PE exercises compulsively. I enjoy pumping and would definitely pump 5 hours a day if my experience trying it wasn’t negative for gains.


Starting: 7"bplx5.2" 2017 (shrunk from disuse)(originally 8"bplx4.5", gained to 9"bplx6")

Current: 9.0"bplx6.125" 2020

Goal: 11.5"bplx7" 2021.

You have some humongous stats.. Congrats on that.

Ill just stick to the current routine and see where it gets me. I just wonder when it is safe to start pumping for example, after 6 months of PE? A year? Need that 8x6 very bad.. Hehe

I don’t see the point in after-massage. Do you massage your fingers after long diploma or mail during work? Let penis be as it is, it has already experienced exercise.

For length a better option is surely stretches.

I agree with the Jentleman.
When something works for you (and 0,5 of length in just 3 months is HUGE) you MUST NOT add anything to the routine because its very easy to go in the overtraining terretory and then all gains will stop. A LOT of ppl did that including me and its no fun at all.

One of the golden rules of PE is : Change something in your routine ONLY if the gains stops. ( for example 1 more month of same routine with not a single mm of growth).

I wish I had gained this knowledge 1 year ago….but I learned it with the hard way.

We are starting having some gains in the begining and we see that PE is real and then we are getting greedy and we think that the dick is like a dead rubber that the more you stretch it the more it gets longer…. but the dick has a different opinion simply beacause its not dead but alive with its protective mechanisms of getting stiffer and contracted which leads to no gains.

So what you’re basically saying is that you have to not only listen to your dick, but also have the mentality “less is more”?

I see you sharing a link for great girth gains, could you maybe tell how to work on length? Appreciated.

When you listen to your dick then less is more is happening automatically .

When I ll gain big time in length , I ll let you know…
What I know is that when I am doing 3h of extending or light intensity brief vol of manual stretching I m gaining length and I have super Pis.
When I am adding int and vol the gains stop for ever and I am in a bad mode Pis.

I think probably pumping at a low pressure like 1 inHg and gradually, week by week, moving up to a maximum of 5 inHg is safe even for a beginner. But I don’t think anyone’s tried it yet, so I don’t know. Urologists prescribe penis pumps to people with no PE experience though.

I suspect that moving straight into light pumping would actually be better for gains than starting with jelqing and manual stretching, but again it hasn’t been tested.

I don’t know if it’s the same for everyone, but I haven’t seen any value for gains from high vacuum pressure pumping (like over 10 inHg). It seems counter productive. I think around 5 inHg is the sweet spot.
