Discoloration from hanging how effective our firegoat rolls?
Quick background:
I started PE last year and I’ve been going at this pretty consistently for about 13 months. I seem to be a hard-gainer since in that time I’ve only gained ~3/8 inches in length and nothing in girth. Right now I’m sitting at 6.75” BPEL and 5.25 MSEG. Goal is 7.5 BPEL and 5.5 MSEG. My original routine progressed to:
5 days per week:
5 min warmup
20 min stretching
10 min wet jelq
I tried mixing in some work with an extender throughout the day, but I just wasn’t getting gains as fast as I would like - especially considering I’m a noobie. About 3 months ago I decided to switch to just hanging since that seems to be one of the best length exercises. I started at 2 sets of 20 mins at 5 lbs. Now I’m up to 2-3 sets of 20 mins at 7.5 lbs, but I’m starting to see some noticeable discoloration from the based of my penis up to the circumcision scar (the scar is a bit darker too). Right now its just some light mottling, but I’m worried it will progress to a two-tone penis and I don’t want that. I’ve begun doing firegoat rolls in the shower right after my PE exercises, but the mottling isn’t going away. I’m wondering if some of you veterans can chime in: How long does it take for firegoat rolls to remove discoloration?
Also, I’m open to any advice from other hard gainers. Its discouraging seeing all these newbies gain 1 inch in 6 months and I’ve barely gained 3/8 in over a year.
