Does Stretching or Jelqing Negatively Effect Erections?

Hi!

I have started PE 3 weeks ago, following the newbie routine and I’m very happy to report some 0.3” gains in erect length.

Despite my excitement, I have noticed the last days something wrong with my erection. In fact, although I do get a 100% hard erection easily, it doesn’t feel as strong (when I do kegel while erected).

To describe it with a picture (I’m not a native English speaker), in the past, when fully erected, I could press against the glans of my penis with my index finger towards my legs and when I released it, my penis would reflex and hit my belly before coming to it’s natural position (something more than a 90 degree angle with my body). Now, when I release my finger, my penis barely reflexes and moves lazily to it’s natural position. This also happens if I squeeze my PC muscle when releasing the finger.

Has anyone else noticed something similar? Do you think that I should worry or stay out of exercise for some days?

PS: I do my kegel exercises every day!

You are subjecting you’re penis to new stresses, so it’s natural that there will be some changes, especially right at the beginning. If you have indeed gained .3 in erect length in the past three weeks, you effectively have a “new penis” already. It may take time for your body to adjust to these new circumstances. More blood now needs to flow into your penis than before to attain an erection. With time, you the “snap back” effect will probably return in full force.

There is probably also an element of fatigue involved. You’ve been giving your penis and BC muscle a regular workout, but it’s still new. Take a couple of days off if you feel you need to, but from what you’ve said, it doesn’t sound like there’s anything to worry about.

Prior to starting PE I had mild ED. I could get erections at times but there have been times when I have really needed an erection and it just didn’t happen. The first 2 months of jelqing and stretching and BC workouts seemed to make my ED even worse than it was to begin with. Not only was the mild ED affecting my erections but now my penis was also fatigued from my manual exercises; double blow.

When I finished my newbie program I did a measurement and was disappointed to see that I hadn’t gained anything at all.

I bought myself a vac extender and vac hanger. I decided to give jelqing and stretching a little rest while I became accustomed to my new products. After several days of no jelqing or stretching my penis started to explode with spontaneous erections. Erections which I could clearly see carried more blood than my previous ED suffering erections.

I decided to re-measure myself and my improved erection quality seemed to have given me an extra 1/4” in length.

It is quite normal for erections not to be as strong if you have had an intense stretching and/or jelqing session. If you have just started kegeling, your BC muscle will be tired and this can affect erections quite a bit. It just means you need to give your penis a little more rest or do your PE slightly more gently.

I went through the exact same thing 2 weeks into the newbie routine. However what happend as well as my loss in erection quality and quantity, i lost my sex drive. So i made a conscious effort to masterbate the following days and it all returned to me and my erection was stronger then i ever remembered it. It was realy odd.

Well,
may be that in the begin your penis needs a sort of conditioning.

I PE’ing for 2 years now and when I began my sex power was low.
Now at the end of a good sessions of PE I am able to have a very good erection even without the use of medications. So from PE I have had not only a bigger penis but also an increase of my sex power.

So if you like PE do it in the best way possible,following the guidelines of this forum. As the veterans say PE is a marathon not a sprint.

Interesting that you lost your sex drive as your erections became weaker jbuck.
