Edging under IR heat lamp

Anyone tried this? Good idea? Bad idea? I’m trying to boot my EQ after over training.

I often edge after jelqing and do the whole routine under an IR lamp. I think the IR is nice for PE in general but don’t really know that it’s doing much for me during edging. I can’t imagine that it could be bad — maybe useless, but not harmful — and, if you use the lamp for the rest of your routine, you wouldn’t be wasting your money. Give it a try.

I use it, not in the last two months though, but it is good for recovery or heating up during winter. Not so good for stretching I think, it makes my unit kind of tough

Well it is hard to explain. It produces a lot of heat that goes deep inside, but although tissue is warm I found tunica is not prepared for stretching in my case. But it is excellent tool for edging after workout or heating during pumping. But, I have heard many use it for heating before all types of workout.

I know exactly what you mean thebrightestday. My dick firms up under my IR heart lamp as well, I have no idea why.

Perhaps you are too close to it and it’s a protective reaction?
