Hello !

I’m new in the penis enlargement world. I’ve discovered the newbie guide and Jelqs, and it seems like one of the main exercices to gain in girth (my goal).

I read that I should be doing them at 80% erection, now the problem is I’m not really able to maintain 80% erection, and it goes easily to close to 100% whenever I touch my penis.

Can I do them with a 100% erection, or is it a bad idea ? What should I do ?

Also, my flaccid penis is really small, like 2 or 2.5 inches, so it’s kinda complicated to do jelqs on it..

It’s a bad idea if you just begin. Try jelqing with lower erection level to get used to touch your penis in a PE way and not a arousing one.

Heat your penis before your routine, your flacid will be bigger, jelq with a lubricant (coconut oil or another).

Jelqing while erect is going to lead to injury IMO. I’m well conditioned for very advanced and intense expansive work, and I would never jelq over 60% engorgement. Be safe!

I did many different routines to achieve my gains, it’s my consistency who permitted me to gain, not my program.

You’ve been doing it for how long ? And how much time per day ?

And I’m still interested in your specific program, even though I understand that consistency is more important !

By the way, how do you guys do to maintain 60% of an erection ? I tried yesterday to switch from porn on and off.. That’s the only way I found to do it. What do you think ? Do you have any other way to do it ?

Practice by kegeling blood into your unit. You don’t need arousal to force blood into the penis. Arousal aids in forcing and trapping the blood. Kegel and grip, then do your jelqs.

Well, I’m guessing it’s a matter of size there, as I’ve seen videos of jelqing with 10 inches dicks.

In my case, with my little 2 to 2.5 inches flaccid, I don’t think I’d be able to jelq unless I’m at at least 50% erection ! Does it make sense ?

I ended up with blood coming out my urethra the first time I jelqed because I used too much force while erect on my unconditioned penis.

I prefer pumping and long period low weight hanging now.


Starting: 7"bplx5.2" 2017 (shrunk from disuse)(originally 8"bplx4.5", gained to 9"bplx6")

Current: 9.0"bplx6.125" 2020

Goal: 11.5"bplx7" 2021.

Have you switched directly from jelqing to using devices ?
I prefer keeping it 100% with hands for now.

I would not Jelq at over 90%. I personally find it uncomfortable and ineffective (not to mention dangerous)
