Fellows, I'm Hanging!
After reading numerous threads, I decided to give it a try. I must admit that I was skeptical and a little nervous because I though it would hurt. I warmed up for 10 minutes, then I hung for 20 minutes using a 20 once water bottle as weight, and warmed up for 10 minutes when I finished. Today I do not feel sore and will try it some more. Now the newbie question; When should I start seen results. Any suggestions will be greatly appreciated.
