Finally learning to jelq

Are there any videos that demonstrate good jelqing technique? From what I’ve read, the tutorial video isn’t up to par. It seems like a lot of people having “epiphanies” all of the sudden and realize how to jelq.

I’ve switched to the underhand OK grip after doing the overhand grip and the underhand definitely feels more like a jelq. I still haven’t fully gotten down a proper jelq, but I’m getting there.

The best advice I’ve read from a veteran is to imagine you’re trying to squeeze toothpaste from the end of a toothpaste tube slowly towards the exit hole. You should somewhat feel blood in front of your grip going forward like a wave.

The thing that I still don’t have down at all is stretching. I wish there was a very simple homemade stretcher that could making stretching easier. :/

I loosened my grip a little today and I was able to almost duplicate the sensation I used to get from using the O-ring. It seams to leave my dick in a sensitized or tingly state that should translate to quicker erections. For the first time in a long time I was able to work 200 jelqs without any breaks. That was 4 hours ago and my dick is still tingling. I hope this is the magic potion. It makes sense because the more I got into PE and developed my technique the harder I was working my meat. Hope this helps someone else too. :)

I also feel an occasional deep intense itching sensation afterwards. Not immediately, but soon enough to correlate. I’ve always associated that feeling with coming gains.

It took me a while to understand the importance of a correct jelq. I feel that like myself at he beginning of a PE journey, newbies are tempted to do a lot of fast reps. Slowing it down, and mastering my erection level during the jelqs has helped me with my gains.

Advice for newbies: Make sure you are jelqing correctly, or it’s useless. Slow strokes, and make sure every one counts!

1) Do you warm up and cold down? How much?

2) How % erect are you when doing jelq? What is your grip (overhand, underhand, pinch grip, ok grip…)?

3) How long is your jelq motion (3-5-7secs)? And how many jelq do you perform usually?

4) what of many tutorials do you suggest to read?

and, for me, the most important:
does your new jelq routine makes you erection better and harder? I ask this because everytime I do jelq my erection quality decrease a lot.

I do warm up. Either in the shower/bath or with an electric heating pad. The only cool down I do is with cool water in the bathmate.

I jelq around 75-90%. I use an overhand grip, and occasionally an ok grip.

I keep it slow and well lubricated. I haven’t done more than 250 proper jelqs in a session yet.

At first I felt a little sore and fatigued, but after a day or two my erection quality was through the roof. Just yesterday it felt larger in hand than ever before.

Hi, I’m new to the site but like many have been reading a lot of stuff.
I’m jelqing for 3 weeks now, I do feel like my penis is fuller and hanging more, but I’m intrigue with the aha moment.
I did some research but I end up confuse haha
And like someone said on the front page: Sometimes I feel like one finger is making more pressure than the other.
But then again if I put more pressure than I am already doing sometimes I’ll surely hurt myself.

I have learn some things though, my first week of jelq was too soft, I did have a aha moment when I realized that I could put more pressure, now the only thing I have to fix is the pressure balance that happens sometimes. Like the index finger putting more pressure then the other.
Any ideas for a newbie?
