How do you guys use firegoat rolls to recover? How long do you keep doing them for? 1 minute? 30 seconds?
I typically do them at the end of every session under the heat lamp.
When I have some minor injury I need to heal like bruising or a black dot I will heat for 4:30min and then do firegoat rolls for 1 min straight, then again at 9:30min for 1 min
