I started PE on 8/25/12 my stats were NBPEL-7 EG-5 FL-5 FG-4.25. My routine is 10 min warm up with rice sock, 10 min of stretching, and 15 min of low erection jelqing. My stats as of 9/30/12 NBPEL-7.5 EG-5.125 FL-5.5 FG-4.50. All of my sessions were done with low to medium intensity as I was being cautious to injury. I plan on increasing the intensity a little with the stretching and start jelqing at around 50-60% erection. I figure if I continue to take it slow and increase the intensity over time, I should be able to reach the golden 8x6 within a year. My dick is responding well to the stress being put on it. I want to start focusing more on girth any advice? Also I just started taking Arginmax from gnc. That stuff gives pretty good blood flow to my dick.

Congrats on the quick success. One thing though…why are you looking to increase the intensity? If you are making gains then there is no reason to change anything. You have discovered what works for you, no need taking a risk on something that could provide undesirable results. Just keep doing what you are doing now until your gains completely come to a standstill. Once that happens, then you can look to other methods/intensity.

Very interesting. I started around the same time as the OP.
My routine is very similar to his, except that I’m currently doing 30 mins of jelqing instead of 15.
I followed the newbie routine rigorously. Started with 10 min of jelqs and gradually increased to 30 min as suggested.

I just completed one month and gained 4mm (0,160”). I have doubts about my routine. It seems pretty hardcore (30 min = 600++ jelqs).
The OP seems to be more succesful with half the amount of jelqs. Maybe I could reduce the time spent jelqing?
The only other difference is that I’m warming up/down only 5 mins. Instead of 10. Suggestions?

If you are doing them properly, and not ‘wasting’ jelqs with bad technique, 600 is too many.

Ok. I suspect the newbie routine should be updated then. Too hardcore.
Lately I’ve been doing slower jelqs (in the newbie routine luvdavus suggested 3 secs jelqs). Now I’m doing them more slowly, but still for 30 minutes.
15 minutes would be better then?

I’m doing them with an overhand grip and putting more pressure on the sides of the penis. Flaccid and intense. Each stroke expands the glans visibly.

That’s very true. I just figured that since my dick is accustomed to the stress that has been put on it, that I should increase for further growth. At a slow pace of course.

I agree with firegoat’s signature. Once I started warming up with a rice sock. I started to see the length gains.

I’m working up to that as I’ve recently started the newbie routine in earnest and have been following it very consistently. I wanted to start a thread on this subject asking for advice - as I’ve worked up to 300 jelqs, and yeah, 600 seems a bit much - but don’t know how.

Don’t know how to start a thread you mean? Just go to the top right of this page and look for the button that says ‘New Thread’. It will start one in this (newbie) forum, which is fine.

600 is waaaay to many, if you are a newbie i would advice you to begin with 50 jelqs each session. less is more in the beginning.

Really, 600 seems to be too many. No morning woods for me lately.

Reduced my jelqing time today to only 15 minutes.
