First timer - I'm ready to do this

Lurked this forum a few times, but finally made an account. I’m ready to get out of this mental funk.

I’m a good looking and pretty fit guy. I’ve had a lot of sex. 35+ partners and many of them more than once and for a long time I was okay.. And then someday (probably due to a porn addiction) I started questioning myself despite basically no complaints. One girl in college told someone else I was small and that was the first I’d heard of it. I thought I was just an average guy and that’s what most guys were packing.

But I’m over this fear or concern that I’m not packing enough, I want to get more. I don’t need a massive 9in penis, but a solid 6-6.5in non-bone pressed with my thickness would make me way more confident and 7in NBP and I’d be perfect I think. I’m in good shape in general, but have an 1-1.25 fat pad.. So I’m hoping if I drop maybe 10lbs I can cut that in half and gain like .25-.5 off of that.. Probably more like to be .25.

Measurements:
5.2in NBP Erect length (6.25-6.5 Bone pressed)
5.5in girth (at thickest point, the middle)

Plenty of women talk about my thickness and the fact that I was a bit of an upward curve, but I want to be longer. I believe some of them have wanted me to be longer too.

I guess.. Where do I start? I see posts about just stretching, etc. But I feel like the real results seem to come from using an extender? I work from home and live alone so I’m not that worried about having to keep it on for awhile.
I’m also still sexually active, is that a bad idea? Like do you need to refrain from sex while doing it?

I’m willing to drop a little coin on it, so what product is the most proven to get results? I don’t wanna do like $300.but around $100 is something I could do.

Hey in need!

Welcome to Thunders.

It is always recommended to start with a beginners routine (doesn’t have to be the JP) and continue with it for 90 days or until you stop gaining. Start slowly and build up to the full routine over a few weeks.

Jelq with an erection level between 40 and 70%. Do not grip too tight, just enough to feel blood moving up the shaft . When stretching, grab your shaft about one inch below the glans and do not pull too hard, just enough to feel a slight stretch. Let your PIs be your guide as to how hard to do your exercise.

Don’t forget to take good starting measurements and photos so you have a solid base to compare your gains to.

PE safely and good luck with your endeavors .

Start 11/09 BPEL: 5.5", EG: 4.4"

Current. BPEL: 6:4", EG: 5.5"

Welcome,

DT is right, you shouldn’t just jump in to something advanced like hanging or extending. The premise behind the newbie stuff is to also condition your piece for that sort of thing. You wouldn’t go into a gym with a goal of benching 425lb, and go straight to it. You’d end up hurt, same idea here.

Allot can be said for newbie routine gains as well, we’ve all had em. Your goal isn’t beyond the possibility of newbie gains either. Allot of guys here that dedicate themselves to the practice can attest to its functionality, with early gains by simply stretching and jelqing. All you need is your hands. No need to go buy anything that you can’t safely use, just yet.

Most guys also still incorporate portions of the newbie routine in their advanced routines, after years of doing this. Why? They work. They also help to maintain your gains, and are extremely useful in that regard when mastered.

Just my $.02

Beyond all other measures, have fun with it. The journey is 99% of the outcome here. The forum would be empty otherwise. Do enjoy! Again welcome to Thunders!

Thanks for the replies! Okay, so you two would recommend just doing the stretching stuff and the “jelqing” for around 3 months and that could potentially see me gain some size? Does it seem to do that for most people or?

Similar to the question I asked in reply to 114, would you say many people get decent results (or at least some) from doing just the stretching and/or jelqing or just the rare case that sees gains from the newbie routine?

Almost everyone see’s some gain from that routine. The results are as numerous as the people that have truly tried it and bothered to report. Some 1/4”, some I’ve read up to 1” and more. Your results will be your results. 3 months is good mark to start with. Too much work, too fast, is a bad thing.

Changes should be subtle, over time. If you dive straight to the advanced stuff, you’ll stress your piece; and essentially, scar internally, blocking future progress. Slow and steady is the game. Slow and steady. For all the pounding you can dish, he’s sensitive on the inside.

Most people see gains from the newbie routine, but just as important as the newbie gains, is establishing a feedback relationship between you and your penis and giving you the absolutely required experience and feel for how your penis reacts to different stresses. You teach yourself how to know what is working, what isn’t working, what gives you positive PIs and, what gives you negative PIs, and what risks injury.

You only have the one penis and ANY injury you sustain from PE will
A) set you back in your PE journey for weeks at best and potentially months
B) drastically lower your quality of life while you’re healing.

Believe me, the psychological effects of inflicting an injury on your only one penis is something that can affect you far longer than the actual injury itself, so your number one priority in PE should be to minimize the risk and avoid injuries

Advanced methods and devices increase the likelihood of injury drastically for a variety different reasons, so it really does pay dividends to first do manual exercises and follow the newbie routine for at least 6 months I would say. You need the time and the experience, there is no way to rush that or compress it. The more you try to do this, the less prepared and knowledgeable you are about your unique physiology, and the more likely you are to get injured.

Heat is very important in both actualizing gains, as well as reducing the likelihood of injury. Heat before and during your workout.

You can start by doing your routine in the shower, or starting it in the shower at least.

2018: BPEL: 6.7in EG: 5.3in

NOW (start 1/2024): BPEL: 6.9in. EG: 5.4in

You’re very likely deluding yourself when you say ”I’ll be happy when I hit (insert number…..)” lol. I said the same about 8” BPEL, now I’m nearly there in less than a year and all I can think about is when the next inch will come, so as I have an 8” NBPEL dick! Which I think is far more impressive.

For sure. I’ve seen a lot of videos or things online saying this stuff doesn’t work or maybe it does a little bit but the risk of injury outweighs it.. So I definitely plan to be safer rather than sorry. It still gets play, so losing it would be more detriment than leaving it the way it is lol

Sure, I get that. I mean my goal is 6” NBP so that’d be roughly .8 gain in NBP. My BPEL is around 6.25-6.5 depending on erection basically, but that’s that not goes in a woman or more importantly what they see. I’m looking for NBP gains. Did you BPEL translate to your NBPEL gains correctly? I would think so unless you gained weight to prevent that.

NEWBIE ROUTINE but I always hear 40%-70% erection level? I jelq with 20-30max maybe and gain like crazy

Start: 15.1cm BPEL

Current: 16.9cm

Final goal: 7 inch

Ive send you an personal message!

I always found NBP or flaccid length too difficult to accurately measure, so I stick to BPEL for reference. When I see pictures on here of guys measuring their NBPEL, to me it looks like they’re pressing into the fat pad. Anyway, my bodyfat is the same so I gained about 1.25” BPEL, so I’m assuming it looks longer. I haven’t been as ‘active’ with the ladies as I used to be, but oddly enough I used to get more comments when I was 6.5” lol.

I mean I would assume 1.25” is visually noticeable? Like even to you or from progress pictures, right?

I’m not gonna tell you what to think, but in my opinion, you’ve got your priorities wrong…

BPEL is what matters when you’re fucking, not NBPEL. If you can’t get close to your BPEL inside a woman, either you’re simply too long for her, or you ain’t trying ;)

Second, most women aren’t nearly as obsessed with cocks as we ourselves are (certainly not on size exclusively) and they put a lot more weight on what sex actually feels with you than on how your penis looks when you take your pants off.

Personally, I’d rather my cock felt bigger inside her than it looked at first glance ;)

I don’t know about you, but I’m much happier having low expectations at the outset and being pleasantly surprised by something rather than starting with big expectations and having something not live up to them.
