Hi everybody.

I tried to use search button but couldn’t find exactly what I wanted to. And I’m sure that themes with the same subject often appears on this forum. But I couldn’t find them. Sorry about that.

So. My parametres are:

Bpel 7,3 (18,25 cm)
Nbpel 6,9 (17,25 cm)
Eg 5,2 (13 cm)

It is close to average I know. But what I really don’t like is a “flaccid size” and size of testicles. In 90% of situations you see other guys with flaccid dicks (gym, sauna, beach etc).So you see tham and start thinking that your size is not very good -you think that your size is small. But in the same time it might be that your erect length and girth is bigger then they have.

I do warm up (shower), stretches (up, down,to the sides, A-stretches and V stretches) for 10-20 min, wet jelq (150-200 times) and finishing warm-up under shower. I do this for 2 month and I grow (little by little: 0,1inch in girth and in lenght). Flaccid size became little bit better (he becomes “bloody” in 10% more during a day) of course but I still don’t like it:) .

The question is: what can I specially do for my flaccid dick and testicles size? Now I do some wrap (with a strip of elastic bandage I “separate” my genitals from body for 4-5 hours) - I don’t know if it helps. And I do some massage of testicles (I heard it might help)

A good exercise for flaccid length is the fowfer. Grab your penis behind the glans and pull it between your legs. The carefully sit down on it. Then you can sit like that for a long time but 10 minutes would be enough, then massage it so you get a good circulation again. For me, it also makes it more blood-filled, don’t know why but it is like that.

Thanks. I’ve heard about this but didn’t think it is effective. How many times a day would you recommend to do this?

It’s my question to?? I do about 10 minutes back, 10 minutes to the right and 10 minutes to the left. You get a little bit the effect as what a ADS do.

Has anyone here actually gained significant flaccid length from fowfers?


Start (Initially August 2008, Properly November/December 2008): 6.9x4.9

Currently (September 2010): 8.5x5.75 (6.25 inch head girth)

Man-size, your dick is on the upper end so no reason to talk it small :)
Personally nothing worked for me despite Monty’s PE weights.

I gained about 2” in flaccid lenght in about 6-7 months with them and now I’m very happy :)

Agreed, you are close to 7 NBP, that is not “average”.

I too am a grower. Just doing PE (jelqing) has given me a longer flaccid. There are many who swear by the fowfers.

As to testicle size, search for testicle massage.
