gains in bpel without jelqing

I was wondering if anyone has made and length gains without jelqing?
When I jelq it makes me grow wider but not longer. So I was just doing
stretching and gonna ad ads and all day hanging soon?

Sure some had length gains without jelqing. Ads and manuals can do the trick. I suggest you do a minimum of jelqs anyway, because they keep up your EQ which can go down with stretches.

If you don’t jelq your EQ in a month or so of not jelqing will decrease to half, but best is as marinera says to do a minimum of jelqs, I would say at least the newbie routine of jelqing will do help

ok yeah I think I was jelqing to hard and thats why I was getting too much width growth.

Does that mean I have to jelq forever some to keep my EG./

Is it ok to jelq with one hand only? I have a curve to the left and I’m using only the right hand and jelq to right(in an attempt to correct this curve).

Should I use both hands and try to trap as much blood as possible using the second hand?

How long have you been doing PE?

I have never jelqed.


Began December 2009 at 5 7/8" length and 5" girth.

As of December 5th 2012 7 3/8" BPEL and 6 1/8" base girth.

Going for the magic 8"x6"

Mr. G, a properly sized pump is a great too to straighten your tool. I’ve straightened mine out a lot using one, I had a noticeable curve to the side. Keep doing the jelqing too, it’s arguably the best PE exercise and free too.

But I’m only at the beginning now.. Just switched to newbie linear routine .. And I take it very slowly (because I got a little freak out from the injury threads). Later on I’ll decide what to use(like an extender maybe or pump).

But for now I would like to know if I’m doing the jelq correctly .. Is doing jelq with one hand ok or do I need to use the second hand to trap more blood in the unit?

I jelqed some and it seem to make me wider not longer at all. I can get good EQ just from stretching and kegels but will I get an bpel.

Monkeybar said also that its can tighen the ligs jelquing. It seems to work good for some

What do you think I should do? I do an hour of stretches a day.

A-Unit is dead. We received notice from his wife a few years ago.
