Girth

So after a few years of stretching and jelqing and some light bathmating, I’ve had some modest gains. I really, really, really want to work on girth, I’ve got length pretty much covered at 7”+ BPEL. Really want to get up to about 5-1/2” from my current 5-1/8”.

Is clamping really the only way? Seems time consuming and involved.

Any advice appreciated.

I really want to clamp. Not ready yet though. But from what I’ve read here, clamping it the shit. 3 ten minute sets a day with ten minute breaks and good warm up/cool down. I can’t wait to start

Everybody is different. It looks like you made some good gains, OP.

I don’t know if clamping is the end all be all, but at the beginning of the summer, I added clamping and it broke my girth plateau, so maybe there is something to it.

Get ready for a darker dick though.

I agree with the comment right above about getting a darker unit. I have been doing PE now for nearly 2 years. My penis looks as though it has a rather dark suntan.

Any before/after that shows the darkness change?

You will see it after clamping and it will go away for a number of sessions, but then becomes more permanent as you continue clamping.The more you let your penis breath while avoiding overly long sets, the less darkening you will probably see.

Yeah I’m much darker just doing what I’ve done, like very much darker. I happen to be be quite fair so the different in tonality is pronounced.

As mentioned before these were newbie gains, most likely due to EQ. I have however radically changed my lifestyle in the past few year and have become a much healthier person, packed on 25lbs + of lean mass, dropped ~20% bodyfat and changed just about everything related to health.

Our starting stats are basically the same. I was thinking the same about the clamping thing as well, but I’m nowhere near ready for that! Hopefully I can get to your girth as quickly as you did! Good luck with your gains! :)
