Hi Guys,

I’m a new member of this forum. When fully erect, my glans head has only 5” girth, while my midshaft is 5.5”. I’m kinda short though.. Only 6” in length when erect. This is before I started any PE.

I started browsing this site 2 weeks ago, and have been using the newbie routine thus far for the 2 weeks. I have noticed a very slight increase in both length and girth thus far, and so I’m happy! Thanks for the wonderful forum.

I do have a few questions though..

1. Is it normal for the glans to be less thick than the midshaft?

2. In your opinion, is it better to have a slightly smaller glans than midshaft? Or is it best to have the same girth throughout?

3. If it’s better to have the same girth, what exercise would you recommend for it?

4. What exercises do you recommend mainly for length? As I’m afraid it might be kinda odd if I just gain girth and no length :(

4. Needless to say: if you’re a beginner, just stick with the simple manual stretches in every direction.

1. Perfectly normal. Some guys have ‘mushroom’ heads, but the majority have either the same or smaller than shaft size.

2. There is no ‘best’, or even ‘better’. Many guys would like a mushroom head, believing it gives a girl more friction, but some who have it say the coronal ridge around the head gets sore with lots of sex.

3. Changing glans size and shape is very difficult. Stick with the Newbie Routine for a few months and see what it does for you. Jelqing produces plenty of pressure in the glans, and may well be the best exercise for it.

4. Length is generally easier to gain than girth. Again, stick with the stretches in the Newbie Routine.

Your penis is already above average in size.

I’m currently doing the following, with 2 days of activity followed by 1 day of rest.

10min hot wrap
8min manual stretch
15min jelq + kegel
2min hot wrap
5min kegel
10min hot wrap

I kegeled too hard and too long last week, and ended up with something akin to soreness below the scrotum for a few days. Thankfully it’s past now.

Man thats awful. My glans is 4 in girth while my midshaft is 6, and base is 6+, so it could always be worse ;) . I’ve heard that head squeezes are good for girth, but they are also dangerous, and you’re glans is more sensative and prone to injury than the rest of your penis. I’m thinking about starting up a head enlargement routine soon anyways though. Good luck.
