- be persistent. hanging in the towel after a few months because you didn’t gain won’t magically increase your dicksize, only staying at it will.

- start with the newbee routine and gradually expand on that routine

- be patient. the surest way to injury is trying to take short cuts.

- keep a detailed log so you can track your progress or lack thereof, i.e. find out what does and does not yield results.

- educate yourself on p.e. here at Thunders.

You make great gains with patience and consistency. That is all. Without those 2, you won’t make great gains.
