I’m just wondering..

I’m definitely a grower. My flaccid is very small and tight.
Sometimes after jelqing, the penis would hang a bit chubby.
But sometimes, it just turns to it’s natural state.. Tight and small.
And being uncut doesn’t help it’s look either.

I’m BPEL 5.8 inch (on a good day) and EG 4.5 inch.

Looking at my flaccid penis , I wonder if my routine actually works for my kind of penis.
I’ve been doing newbie for 2 months and not really gaining anything.

My routine
- Rice sock warm up (until the sock loses it’s heat)
- Manual stretches all directions
- 20-30 min jelq. / 3-4 seconds each

2 days on / 1 days off (or sometimes 3 days on / 1 days off)

Any thoughts?

how many stretch ?

For me, you do a lot of jelq, 30 minutes is too much.

I used to do 2 set of 60-second stretch each direction.
I would also stretch the penis around in circle before changing directions.

At the end of the stretch, my flaccid penis would be so thin and small it’s ridiculous.

So lately I reduced the time to 30/60 second.

30 minute jelq is too much?
But with 4-second jelq.. It’s not that many jelqs at all?

I know that , for beginners, the time of jelq is 10 minutes, and every month you can added( if your penis are ok) 5 minutes until 20 minutes as max. for me 30 minutes are too much, especially with a 4 second jelq that is harder than normal jelq.

I am a grower too.

Just stick with the newbie, and don’t worry about yoru flaccid so much.

As you get erect gains you will get some flaccid gains.

However, I don’t think it is in our nature to “convert” from a grow-er to a 100% show-er.

I will tell you that after a few months of PE, I was more aware of my flaccid during regular daily activities.

For example say driving the car. Before PE I had no idea where my penis was, it was as if I did not have one.

Now I am aware of it being there. Which is good.

Damn near almost identical starting stats as myself =)

This is a good manual stretching thread to follow Steady sustainable lengthening

I would cut down on the jelq time. Make sure you are jelqing at low angles and below 50% flaccid. This is of course if your working on length first which I recommend.

Also anytime you can sneak it in do fowfers. No thing as to much fowfers as long as your seat is soft that you do them on and it does not hamper circulation.

My starting BPFSL was the same as my starting BPEL. Now my BPFSL is above 8”. So imagine my stretch it has the girth of a small sharpie!

I would suggest you to lessen your jelq time to maybe 5-10 minutes as newbies, let your penis get conditioned slowly. I was 5 BPEL and 4.5 EG in the beginning and after I did newbies routine, stretch and jelq 5-10 minutes 2 days on 1 day off for about 3 months, I gain about an inch in length and 0.25 inch in girth.Then, I gradually increased both stretch and jelq time to 10-15 minutes but that also depends on your PI too. Watch your PI carefully. That was my experience, everyone can be different though.

Fowfers?. Umm.. Never done that before. I’ll check it out and see what I can do..

That’s very encouraging, krsnikzwei. It’s good to know that’s there’s someone with similar size out there who makes it.
I’ll do what you suggest. I hope I’ll gain like you did.

May I ask how many times you Kegel each day?

I’m a grower too. The newbie routine works great. If you look at my journal you can see what my ramp up looked like. It follows the newbie routine precisely, in terms of how much to start at and add per week.


Start (Oct 2010) NBPEL: 5, BPEL: 5.875 inches, BASE GIRTH: 5.25 inches, MID GIRTH: 5

Research shows soft (flaccid) penises vary in size much more than erect ones do - and it isn’t possible to predict from a soft cock what It’ll look like when It’s hard.

Some guys don’t change much between flaccid and erect, others do. Sometimes this is referred to as guys being 'showers' - they’re big when soft and don’t get much bigger; or 'growers' - they’re smaller when soft but then grow a fair bit as they get hard.

I am a GROWER. Before PE my erect length was basically 3 to 4 times my flaccid length.

Since starting PE, my flaccid is larger. But I still consider myself a grower at this point. It is not as extreme as before.

Don’t you sometimes wish that you were a shower?
I never really cared about my flaccid penis before, but now I found myself care about it more and more.
