About kegel, to be honest, it depends on my mood. Sometimes I did Kegel, sometimes I did not. I know that it is just me being lazy.

Me too. My flaccid is somewhere around FL 3.5 inch?

And that’s why I’m seriously thinking that maybe I’m one of those guys who needs to do PE with super light routine?

I’ve been doing PE for 2 months and my penis has been reacting in a very unpredictable way with no obvious gain.
Sometimes it seems like it can handle it. Sometimes it just doesn’t seem like it can.
And no gain kinda tells me something is wrong.

Today, after warming up in hot shower for about 5 min + rice sock,
I did the stretch for 10 min, and jelq for 15-20 minutes / 4 second each.
And then I tried to do the edging thing.. But I ejaculated. Couldn’t help it.

After I’m done. My penis became super small and tight.
Not the soft, chubby, heavy penis which was the way I wanted it to be.
I felt as if my penis was saying to me..
“This is too much, I don’t wanna deal with this anymore. I want to hide. Leave me alone”

It made me sad.. I kept telling it..
“Please grow for me.. Please.. Please.. I’m begging you! Why don’t you grow? What can I do?”

So I’m thinking, maybe I should do my PE with lighter routine?
With light stretch and light jelq?

For example
- 30 second stretch/ 5 directions / stretch in circle 20 rounds
- 3 second jelq for 10-15 min.

Is that light enough? It’s not light enough probably?
I’m so afraid that if it’s way too light then my PE would be useless.

May I ask about your stretching routine and how many second each jelq when you started?

I would say listen to your penis. Everyone is different. What works for me, will not guarantee it will works for you or others.

When I started PE, I did:
- Warm up 5 minutes
- Stretch straight, up, down, left, right, 30 secs each direction, 4 sets. So about 10 mins.
- Jelq 5-10 minutes, depending on the penis.
- Warm down 5 minutes

Sometimes I feel like I can only jelq 5 minutes, then so be it. During the first 3 months, I jelq for 10 minutes max. Watch the PI, measure every 2 weeks or a month, see the result. Gradually increased to 5 or 6 sets of stretching, and 10-15 minutes jelq if possible. If there were bad PI, I will decrease the PE workload. If there were good PI, I would keep doing the same routine until I did not notice any gain at all for few months.

In total, I only stretch and jelq during the 3 years I knew of PE, because of lack of privacy, money and time. But I still had a good gains. Right now, I am kind of stuck with my gains so I am trying to do some light hanging soon.

Goal: BPEL - 7.00 / EG 5.5

There’s something I’d like you to try for a couple of weeks.

Avoid any upwards stretching; just stretch downwards and to either side of downwards. In compass points, if down is South, just stretch S, SE & SW.
Could you report back in this thread and let me know if that’s helped with the contraction/turtling?

Anyone else with the same problem, try the same for a couple of weeks and report back here please.

I’ve noticed stretching straight up causes turtling, but not straight out or left, right.
I do :
2 mins S
1 min SE
1 min E
1 min W
1 min SW
2 min S
1 min SO

The last - Straight out, usually starts giving me a semi to start jelqing, so i think this is what SHOULDN’T cause turtling. ;)


Start - Jan 16 2011 (serious start - Feb 08 2011) : NBPEL 5.9in EG 5.5in (remeasured and got this. I knew it was too big to be true. Big enough still :D ) Goal until 2012 : 6.75 - 7.5in NBPEL 5.75 - 6in EG

I was wondering about that myself.
However, according to the LOT theory (is it still valid?), I should definitely stretch straight up though.
I mean, when I stretch down and do the kegel, I barely have that tucking back feeling.

Despite that, I’ll do what you suggested, since stretch up is kinda hard for me to do anyway.
It feels very awkward.

What do other people think?

Stretch down does feel a lot better though. I feel the stretch more somehow.

Don’t worry about gains not coming yet. When I started out I got 0.1cm in the first three months, now I see gains every other week.

If you wear tight clothing this might hinder your flaccid size. I nearly got an inch added to my BPEL, yet my flaccid is still the same.

Did you change your routine after that first three months?
What do you think happened that encouraged the gain?

I’ve changed from wearing underwear to boxer now.
Have no idea if it would actually help. But I’ll give it a shot.

I wouldn’t worry about the LOT theory.

Stretching upwards places the nerves that run through the perineum (between your testicles and anus) under gentle stretch, and I believe it triggers them to cause the muscles in that area to contract after stretching, causing more turtling. So I’d like a few guys to try not stretching upwards to see if this theory is correct.
Stretching is best for the suspensory ligaments and septum anyway, and these are best targeted by stretching downwards etc. as I detailed above. No point spending time stretching less effectively, when you can spend the time productively!

Hi.

I believe to be a Grower is better anyway, I’m a Grower and I can imagine how uncomfortable it may be to be Shower, for example I myself train martial arts, so I guess it would be complicated and dangerous to be Shower, just imagine :P

Not to mention that sometimes I have to train with women.xD
