Hard flaccid clarification ?

Hello , I believe I strained a ligament last week while stretching my penis to the left ,then I felt a sharp pain in the base of my penis , for the next two days I’ve got morning woods , that felt a little bit softer than usual but no other signs , I didn’t try to masturbate or have sex as I wanted to let my penis rest , but after doing some readings ,I discovered the HF and then anxiety kicked in and I wasn’t able to get morning woods or erections , my penis is soft when I m sitting or laying but when I stand up it turtles , but sometimes it’s soft even if I’m standing up , I don’t have pain besides the soreness of the ligament , no numbness or discoloration but I’m still worried I might develop a HF , I need some clarifications and help please .

This. A mild ligament strain is nothing to worry about. It will heal completely with rest. Even a bad ligament srain will heal in 6 weeks or so.

The anxiety is the problem, not the strain. Just stop worrying and know that it will heal just fine.
The penis is incredibly strongly influenced by what is happening in the mind; the mind is the primary controller of the penis - it’s why you can get an erection just by watching porn, without physical stimulation, or why you may get premature ejaculation first time with a new partner, or why you can kiss someone ugly without your penis responding at all.
