Help on changing my routine to focus on length.
After 12 weeks of the same PE routine I only gained girth..
My routine was:
5 min warm up
5 min stretches
15 min 80% erection dry jelq
10 min 80-50% erection wet jelqs+squeezes
5 min warm down.
2 days on 1 day off..
Any suggestions on how to change my routine to effect my length but also to maintain my girth?
(I don’t want to use clamping,hanging or anything like that.)
