Help with Girth and EQ

I have been using an extender and have been gaining length slowly but surely.

When I use the extender, my penis has good erection quality (on that day) and the girth is good. I’m also generally more horny that day.

If I miss a few days of using the extender e.g. go on holiday, my erection quality + libido generally is lower (though I can still get hard but it will get softer quicker) and girth is not always at 100%.

I do have a penis pump but not really gained girth through that so far, nor the extender (it seems to have only affected length).

Wondering if there is something else I can do as I would like about 1/4-1/2 inch more girth for my new length size ideally.

You didnt give a whole lot of info about your extender use :D
For how long (days), how many hours per day etc?

Extenders should also increase some girth too. It’s said by some users over on reddit that generally for every 1” gain in length they gained 0.25” in EG.

There is a specific girth-targeted jelq technique called v-jelq that you could incorporate into your routine.
I do a modified version of it by using a reverse grip and moving downward (because my erect unit has a downward banana shape).


BP x MEG: 7.0" × 5.0"---> 7.6" x 5.3" (2022-2023)

Next Goal: 8.0" x 5.5" (Next deadline: July 2024).

Extender: 1.1k hours (4/4/2024). Goal: 3k hours.

I’ve not gained girth when extending, just length. Or perhaps when extending with the extra length, its retained my previous girth and therefore increased?
I was hoping for a clamp or some device solution for girth. I WFH so kinda want to attach something on (like I do the extender) and it does its magic. Is this possible?

Otherwise also do kegels after a jelq session, such as during edging.

Most people use cable clamps or you could use an extra small c*ck ring. Be careful though, I suggest reading up on clamping on thundersplace first.

And, when you think cable clamp, it is NOT one of those metal clamps with a screw. Go to Home Depot or similar and look for the plastic, adjustable cable clamps that are easy on/off. And, beware any small cock rings that can’t be stretched or easily removed. There’s one trail on this site following some poor guy who used an incredibly tight steel ring that killed his cock…it was amputated. Sort of counter productive to gains. Bottom line is don’t charge into anything without seeking/reading the input already here.

That’s a great option if you want to spend a lot of money.

Look up cable clamp pro, $5 or $10 for two. Amazon, Lowes, Home Depot, Ace Hardware, Walmart, everywhere. Size medium. No need to purchase a comfort band. If you think you need a little cushion you can glue some foam or similar onto the clamp. I cut up a yoga mat for that purpose.

Clamping is one if not the most complex PE activity and should be undertaken after you have tried other types. One of the reasons for its complexity is due to its higher risk. Be very careful in this effort.

All of my current gains have been from pumping, but they didn’t come in a consistent manner. I first started pumping (before I found this place) and gained length without heat. Some time later I added a heat pad and gained girth, then stalled again. Many months later I changed to a FIR pad and gained a little more length. Not sure why.

I don’t use heat. I have the LA pump with the proper handle.
I just do 10 mins at 4-5 HG pressure, break 2 mins completely out of the device, again 10 mins.
Then I repeat this 3-4x a week.
