I have used an extender for the past few years, so I kind of didn’t consider myself a ‘newbie’ as such and began hanging with the BIB starter about 5 weeks ago, this may have been a mistake. I started off light and am still only up to 1kg or 2.2pds.I have been on 2.2pds for the past week or two doing 3 sets of 20 minutes per day and soon after going up in weight from 0.5pds my night erections have stopped, and also my erections altogether seem to have gone, just tried to masterbate and couldn’t get hard. Although I’ve always had erectile dysfunction and it could be stress. I’ve also been using an andropenis extender 6 to 8 hours day. I am worried I have ‘newbeitis’ and have done too much too soon, therefore worn the penis out as it now seems very weak, shorter in erect state and I have major ED?
When I have been hanging the last week I’ve felt a bit of pain when hanging 2.2 pounds but this eased once I’m into the set so I let it go. So after all this I really don’t think I’m ready for hanging psychologically or time wise yet, so I want to go onto the newbie routine instead (which I have tried for about a month before).I also will still use my andropenis extender.
So my question is HOW do I stop hanging without causing SHORTENING?( I have read blinks hanging 101 about stopping suddenly will cause a shorter tougher penis) and it says I should probably taper it off? I’m hanging .5kg as we speak as to try and taper hanging out of my routine?( my ligs feel tender, so this is why I’m thinking I have fatigued it and I don’t want that to heal in the shorter state!)
My penis is a bit over 5 inches EL and I am scared of losing any!
What do you recommend doing?
