I just started clamping 2 day on 1 off. The last few days I barely noticed a difference in color after a 10 minute set. I know some guys turn dark red or purple so Im questioning the amount of pressure Im using now. I get rock hard andand veins are popping out but very little expansion maybe. .15

Hey, of course no one has the exact idea of what is safe and what is not (I’m sure medical doctors would think most of us were crazy) but the best thing to do is to clamp your penis so is comfortable (no pain) and don’t do it for more than 5 minutes. Try a few sets and then check how you feel. My penis is dark while doing it but goes back to normal soon after. I used to pump hard and one time bruised it darkly that lasted for a couple months. Go slow and just search “clamp pressure” I’m sure you will find lots of experiences.
